Let s Pay Off Our Land! I am happy to report that we are approaching the finish line of paying off our land in full. We are at least two years ahead of schedule and soon we will begin to make improvements to the land and raise funds for our new church. The leadership at LCCOG has made it a point to pay for this land with as little fundraising as possible. We have been able to succeed so far by using your regular tithes and offerings along with the designated building fund offerings that a small group of members have faithfully donated. Beginning on February 5th we are going to encourage everyone who is able to give a little extra to pay off our land in three months. I know we can do this if we all pray about this special effort and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. and women s restrooms. We will begin to have our annual picnic, harvest festival, concerts, and youth events on the property while we raise money for the new church building. Help us reach these goals by praying and giving as you are lead by God. You will be hearing more about the building fund soon, but we will not be guilty of hard selling this project. Worshiping God, building up our congregation, and evangelism will remain the main purpose of our church. Our building program will not over shadow that purpose. God bless you this coming year. We are going to do great things together with God. Pastor Brian Shepard As of this February 5, we owe less than $39,000 on the property. With your help, we can retire this debt by May 5th 2017. The 18 acres we have purchased in Callaway is strategically placed and it is beautiful. Over the next two years, we will put in an entrance, a picnic area, and hopefully water, electric, and men s 3
