WHAT IS VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY AND HOW DO YOU RAISE IT? We live in a vibrational universe and we are vibrational beings. According to Albert Einstein, Everything in Life is Vibration. We are energy beings that have access to our highest self and Divine knowing through Spiritual practice, awareness and Presence. With a good understanding of ourselves and the world around us, our spiritual energy increases. As our spiritual energy increases, we expand our consciousness and wisdom. Expansion of consciousness helps us to see the presence of immutable Universal Laws that operate in our World. This deeper understanding takes us closer to our own Divine Self. A more Scientific Look at Vibration and Frequency One of history s greatest engineers Nikola Tesla, who invented the means to transfer and to distribute electricity over long distances, once said, If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration. At the subatomic level there is pure energy. Some call this the unified field or the matrix. Others talk about pure potentiality: all being energy or Consciousness, connected, One. This pure energy vibrates a field around it: a vibrating field of energy, which attracts like a magnet and attaches to energy of the same vibrating frequency. The more vibrating energy that is compressed into this field of energy, the more intense the vibration gets within that field. Eventually the energy field manifests into matter: particle-by-particle. As the father of Quantum Physics, Max Planck, once said, All the physical matters are composed of vibration. A table may look solid and still, but within the table are billions and billions of sub-atomic particles running around and popping with energy. The table is pure energy and movement. Everything in this universe has its own vibrational frequency. It is the law of vibration in action. However we can t see it so it appears separate and solid to us. This is actually an illusion! Our frequency of perception of electromagnetic waves defines what we can and cannot see within the visible spectrum of light. However, at a different frequency, like X-rays, the entire solid object would appear to be completely like a sieve. UNIFIED FIELD Every object in the Universe moves and vibrates everything is vibrating at one speed or another. Nothing rests. Everything we see around ourselves is vibrating at one frequency or another and so are we. However, our frequency is different from other entities in the universe, hence it seems like we are separated from what we see around ourselves people, animals, plants, trees and so on. But we are not separated we are in fact all living in a continuous ocean of energy. We are all connected at the highest level: the unified field. 1

FREQUENCY CONTROL At the very leading edge of biophysics today, scientists are recognizing that the molecules in our bodies are actually controlled by these frequencies. In 1974, Dr Colin W F McClare, an Oxford University Bio-Physicist, discovered that frequencies of vibrating energy are roughly one-hundred times more efficient in relaying information within a biological system than physical signals, such as hormones, neurotransmitters, other growth factors and chemicals. VIBRATION AS SOUND AND LIGHT What s most interesting is that, if a frequency is vibrating fast enough, it s emitted as a Sound and if it is vibrating much faster, it is emitted as a color of Light. If we wanted to convert Sound to Light, we would simply raise its frequency by forty octaves. This results in a vibration in the trillions of cycles per second. So, if a pianist could press a key way above the eighty-eight keys that exist on a piano, that key would produce Light. This could create a chord of Light in the same way they can create a chord of sound. And it would be seen as colors of Light because it would be moving at the speed of Light. RESONANCE When two frequencies are brought together, the lower will always rise to meet the higher. This is the principle of resonance. So, when a piano is tuned, a tuning fork is struck, and then brought close to the piano string that carries that same musical tone. The string then raises its vibration automatically and attunes itself to the same rate at which the fork is vibrating. This principle of resonance works for biological systems too. CONSCIOUSNESS AND AWARENESS Everything has a vibrating energy field and behind the field is pure energy. This pure energy has a source that is found within everything throughout the universe. What is this source? Consciousness. Yet, the source of consciousness behind everything can be measured by the amount of awareness it has within any given energy field. In other words, there are different levels of awareness to every state of consciousness. VIBRATION FREQUENCY The lower the vibration frequency, the slower the vibration; the higher the vibration frequency the faster the vibration. The difference between the manifestations of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels of connectivity result simply from different levels of vibrating energy or frequencies. So, while the feelings of fear, grief and despair vibrate at a very low frequency, the feelings of love, joy and gratitude may vibrate much quicker at a higher frequency, and meditation states higher still, as demonstrated by the frequency of the electromagnetic waves generated by the human brain in a number of scientific experiments around the world. Essentially, vibrational frequency is energy in action. The waves of energy move through our bodies and penetrate our cells. We are alive because of vibrational frequency accessing every 2

part of our beings. We can hear vibrational frequency in sound waves and see it in color, feel it in our bodies, and sense vibration in the world around us. Sometimes when we are affected by a story, a moment in time, a person who we haven t seen in a long time, we can feel tingling or energy moving through our body. People may say they feel tingling in their head or feet or hands or all over. This is vibrational frequency, energy moving through the body. Our body is made up of 70% water and water resonates to different vibrational frequencies. The calming or fluidity in the body occurs when resonating with a specific vibrational frequency. Words spoken and different kinds of music may affect your inward environment through the specific vibrations they make. Vibrational frequency is the life force of the Universe. This life force creates our reality or our picture. We may feel different things through vibrational frequency. These waves of energy interact with the fluid in our body and either promote harmony or discord within the body. There are different vibrational frequencies that make up our State of Being: Body, Mind, Spirit or energy field. These frequencies of energy interact and make up our Vibrational frequency or Energy Signature. Our Energy Signature is registered with the Universal Consciousness and will attract like energy. Like fine tuning a radio station or piano key, our Vibrational frequency can be fine-tuned to higher Consciousness and Spiritual awakening and being in the Flow. The flow is resonating to what is in our higher or highest consciousness. The energy that is us as a being actually resonates at many different frequencies or dimensions simultaneously. For Millennia, we have been focused on the third dimension and kept our resonating frequency or reality at that level for the most part. Our perception of reality is based at that level which creates the reality around us. Resonating at the third dimensional level and focusing on that part of our Energy Signature limits our capacity in terms of Love, Connectedness, and Mindfulness. What if you could raise your Vibrational Frequency or Energy Signature to tap into Higher States of Consciousness? This would draw to you more positive people and relationships and help you drive your life through the Eyes and Vision of your Soul, your Highest Self. The opportunity for Love, love of the Self, and Joy would be much more prevalent within you. Understanding the State of Being, or Human Being versus Human Doing would resonate within you and your awareness about everything within and around you would be natural. Lower vibrational frequency energy I relate to as darkness, or anger, jealousy, hatred, maliciousness, or disgust, or acts of egoistic or selfish behavior. Lower vibrational energy may also be lethargy, sadness, depression, hopelessness, sickness, disease, and victimization. There is always light within. Learning how to draw in higher frequencies of energy to shift your Energy Signature is the key to staying in the flow and living a positive, loving life in the light. Where there is light, there is no darkness. Now that is not to say darkness and chaos do not have a purpose. There is purpose and balance to everything in the Universe. There have been times in my life when the darkness has driven change and forced movement or chaos, which has led to blessings in disguise and moments of clarity or enlightenment. Chaos actually drives change and evolution in the Universe and the evolution of Balance is infinite through Change. We are always driven to change while seeking balance and a state of Being at the same time. Finding your Energy Signature and maintaining resonance while moving forward as a stream of 3

energy (Consciousness - part of the Universal Knowing), you are maintaining Balance or In the Flow. What does In the Flow truly mean? If we are energy and always vibrating, moving, breathing, maintaining, evolving, fluctuating, than we want to maintain a flow while raising our frequency. Or, maintain the frequency we are at. Who doesn t want to seek more, know more, open their Heart to higher learning and tuning into higher frequencies of energy? Some of these higher frequencies of energy may be: Angels, Guides, Ascended Masters, deceased loved ones, Beings of the Light or that resonate at higher frequencies of energy. The more we raise our vibrational frequency, the more we open the Heart to Love, connection, self-acceptance, self-love, self-understanding, self-awareness, because really, everything outside of us is a reflection of what is within us or where our vibrational frequency resonates. I know for example, if I watch the news which often focuses on tragedies and disasters around the World rather than acts of kindness, graciousness, and Love, I have a tendency to feel overwhelmed, sadness and frustration which lowers my Vibrational frequency. I feel overwhelmed because I do not have control over what has occurred. Being driven by competition versus cooperation or anger versus understanding (keep in mind these are choices), promotes a more chaotic frequency of energy and force which can be harmful to ourselves as well as negatively impacting the energy frequency of others. When I feel anger towards myself or someone else, I feel a sense of separation, of disharmony in the body. Why then are we meant to feel that way and experience those feelings or vibrational frequency? Good question. Essentially, everything is energy and in the body, we may store energy, especially if it s more intense, rather than pushing it through our body to release. This may cause abnormalities in the body like cancer, fibromialgia, diabetes and other disorders or disease ( dis - ease ) in the body. So, pushing energy through via anger or competition may be a way and essential at times to release what no longer serves your body. Now, there are other forms of releasing energy that may have much more positive effects than anger or force such as meditation, running, exercising, dancing, writing, etc. You can also see a person who specializes in moving and releasing energy. As we watch the World shift and change, mass Consciousness will determine our fate. Unconditional love and the raising of frequency will allow us to recognize the journey inward in order to grow outward. With the frequency of Mother Earth being raised, it is time for us to reach out and support her in raising our frequencies and vibration. We must work together to raise our frequency and that of Mother Earth. She requires us as Earth Angels to Shift ourselves, Our Cells, in order to resonate with her ascending or increasing frequency. The more we practice raising our own frequency by Being, the more we positively impact and heal the World. Increasing frequency is necessary in order to ascend into higher Consciousness. Being in the flow is resonating with Higher Consciousness, Oneness, higher frequencies of energy that blend us all together as one. Like the blending of colors, of sounds, of prayers, of meditation, of imagery, of solutions, cooperation, compassion, LOVE, harmony, joy, Holiness, and Bliss. Allowing for the blending of these energies will ignite a higher division of labor that is positive for the Universe, that contributes to the evolution of All That Is. Our very essence is a Piece of God Energy, Universal Consciousness, A speck of the Total, an expression of the Whole, the Divine, The Cosmic Mother. It is in our nature, our DNA, our highest resonance to contribute to the positive evolution of the Universe and higher vibrational frequencies of energy. Our experience here on Earth contributes to new vortexes of energy opening for the Universe to access. The 4
