Diocese of Ottawa (Anglican) Prayer Calendar October 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018
In this Prayer Calendar, we have tried to reflect the life of the Diocese of Ottawa. Every parish, and in the case of multi-point parishes every congregation, is mentioned over the course of the year, with the name(s) of the clergy serving that parish. Please refer each week to the Anglican Cycle of Prayer and include the prayers of the Anglican Church in the world with those of our Diocese. The Cycle can be found on-line at http://www.anglicancommunion.org/acp/. For your information, the Anglican-Lutheran Prayer Cycle can be found at http://www.anglican.ca/faith/eir/. For your information, the World Council of Churches Ecumenical Prayer Cycle can be found at http://oikoumene.org/en/resources/prayer_cycle. We encourage each praying community within the Diocese to pray for: - +John, our Bishop; and ++Fred our Primate, - Our Companion Diocese, The Diocese of Jerusalem, and its Bishop +Suheil Dawani <whether or not this Cycle Guide has specific intentions for the Companion Diocese listed for that Sunday>, - Our Sisters and Brothers in the Lutheran Church, and their Bishops Michael and Susan, each Sunday throughout the year as part of the regular intentions. The Prayer Calendar is published on behalf of the Episcopal Office of the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa. The Prayer Calendar is published quarterly at 71 Bronson Avenue, Ottawa, ON K1R 6G6 and will be available in the month preceding the quarter. To reach the Executive Archdeacon, The Ven.
