What is your practice of stewardship and how does it shape the life of your worshipping community? We send out yearly stewardship letter with pledge cards We had a bad experience with a Cluster arrangement. When we exited this arrangement, it has been difficult to pull parishioners together. We try to adapt/compromise and discuss issues that come up; we don t want to ignore someone s discontent What is your experience leading/addressing change in the church? When has it gone well? When has it gone poorly? And what did you learn? Change is always difficult - this happens more often when we have a change in priests. It s important to keep in touch with congregants that stop coming to find out why they stopped coming. When we ignore them, it s hard to bring them back.
