Beren Campus Fall Orientation 2018 Programming and speakers subject to change Ongoing throughout Orientation Orientation Information Station 245 Lexington Ave Lobby Throughout Orientation, a centrally located information station will offer comprehensive assistance regarding Orientation sessions, registration, and community resources. Re-energize here with drinks and snacks or ask student guides questions about the day s schedule. Open Beit Midrash Lea and Leon Eisenberg Beit Midrash, 245 Lexington Ave, Seventh Floor Come learn in the Beit Midrash throughout Orientation with our dynamic Rebbeim, Jewish Studies staff, and madrichot. Stop in to learn with others or on your own throughout the year. Optional Luggage Drop-Off Brookdale Residence Hall, 50 E 34th Street This is a service provided for Brookdale residents only. On Sunday, August 19th from 9:30am-12:30pm and on Monday, August 2nd from 7:30pm-10:30pm, students residing in Brookdale Residence Hall may drop off their belongings in front of the dormitory. There will be staff to label and move all luggage from the drop-off site to the students' assigned Brookdale room. There is a No Standing regulation in front of Brookdale Residence Hall on Sunday beginning at 1pm. At that point, any vehicle in the "No Standing" area may be fined and/or towed by the New York City Police Department so please try to adhere to this timeline. If you are available during the designated times,

we highly suggest that you take advantage of this service. Doing so may allow you to bypass the Brookdale luggage move-in line during Check-In. Tuesday, August 21st, 2018 Non-Registered Student Arrival and Move-In 3:00-7:00 pm Brookdale Residence Hall, 50 E. 34th Street Check into your dorm room and pick up your pre-printed ID card or take your ID photo. Student Guides and Resident Advisors will be on hand to assist you with any questions that should arise. Snacks will be available in Brookdale Hall, Front Lounge. Buffet Dinner 7:30-8:30 pm Brookdale Back Lounge Mingle and relax with fellow new students, Student Guides, and Resident Advisors over make your own falafel. Parents are welcome to attend. Movie Night 9:00 pm Brookdale Back Lounge Cozy up on the couches and enjoy some popcorn and watch the movie Mona Lisa Smile. Meet friends and enjoy a typical Sunday morning in the city.
