Trinity Lutheran Church 106 W. Penn Street Bedford, PA 15522 since 1769 Ministries of Trinity September, 2018 Celebrating our 250 th Anniversary! Since 1769, parishioners and friends, under the banner of Trinity Lutheran Church, have been worshiping God and sharing a Christian Witness with the Bedford Community. And, through the next 9 months, we re going to celebrate, in grand style, all that God has done with and through this historic, yet vibrant and contemporary, congregation! Sunday, September 9, will be the long-awaited Dedication of our Renovated Altar & Nave with a Festival Eucharist which will begin at 8:15 am. The church will be blessed and the Altar dedicated according to ancient and traditional rites. Bp Gregory Pile, our good friend, will be with us to join in the celebrations of the morning. We are so grateful to the many parishioners and friends who have shared in the work of the Altar & Nave Renovation Team, the designers and artists, contractors and craftsmen, and each and every parishioner who is sharing special offerings to bring this vision to reality. We have certainly created a beautiful, edifying, and inspiring worship space in which we, and future generations of Trinitarians, can gather to give Glory to God! Be sure to pass the word, remind family and friends, and join us for the special liturgies and rites on Sept 9 and the many upcoming events to celebrate Trinity s 250 years of Christian Witness, of which we are truly blessed to be a part. Peace! Pastor Short
