Vision and Growth Plan 2017-2019 A Growth Action Plan (GAP) is a method of helping the church to grow in your place In numbers In discipleship In evangelism In community engagement In confidence And Jesus said to them... PA upgrade. House groups. CARE and MAINTENANCE OF CHURCH: Routine maintenance, completion of restoration, new projects and appeals, evangelism, 2017 QI, future of churchyard, church furnishings, church room, organ maintenance / upgrade. Bells, clock. FINANCIALS: Accounts, stewardship, gift aid, fund raising, special events, appeals, planned giving, promote generous giving, legacies, review banking structure, charitable donations.

This Growth Action Plan is an agreed PCC document and will form the basis of PCC agendas and discussions at each meeting. This Plan is custom made for King s Sutton Parish Church. Each year the 5 key areas will be reviewed and will then produce actions and activities from each of those five areas. Each key area will have a small sub-group who will be responsible for moving the identified growth areas forward in order to achieve their overall aim. A named person will be appointed as the leader of each group and will report back to the PCC at each meeting. At each PCC meeting any actions going forward will have an agreed 1. Person: Who is doing it? 2. Action: What is going to be done? 3. Timescale When is it going to be done by? This Growth Action Plan is not just for the PCC. It is for everybody in the Church Membership so if you can please join in the many tasks and activities and help this church here in King s Sutton to GROW. Growth is a product of good leadership, both lay and ordained, working with a willing set of churchgoers in a favourable environment. If you want to join one of the small groups in any specific area please let the Vicar or one of the Wardens know.
