Good Faith Agreement Participation in the Leap Year: by 100 Movements The following document signifies an Agreement, made in Good Faith and based on a mutual relationship with, and respect for, God and one another. Given the Movement of 100M and our desire for partnership with your church leadership community, we offer the following Good Faith Agreement to outline the content, deliverables/ calendar specifics and financial investment. Please let us know of any questions or concerns you may have before signing and committing to the 100M Leap Year journey.! 1

- 100 Movements Overview - 100M will identify, train, empower and champion one hundred ready churches and ministry organizations in North America over the next decade. Our mission is to reanimate church movement by deeply embedding six movemental capacities into local ministry culture. 100M will pioneer and validate a ministry approach based on movement. Our platform will be a dynamic consultative training and coaching process. Therefore we will focus on one hundred movementally capable churches over a long course. It is our sole purpose to ensure the success of our champion churches. We believe that these churches will overcome the present and future challenges, provide exemplary models, develop new tools and thinking, and actively demonstrate high impact multiplication movements. 100M begins with Leap Year, a standalone one-year movement accelerator designed to launch your church and its leadership into the basic posture of movement. Leap Year will serve as the on ramp for many of the churches who will join us long-term. Beginning in the summer of 2016, we will offer four regional kick-off gatherings, cost effective and interactive on-line consultative training, breakthru tools and coaching around outcome-based milestones.! 2

- 100 Movements Content - Over the course of Leap Year, participating churches/agencies will be placed into one of six cohort style learning communities based on one of these six key competencies of movement (mdna). This work is based on The Apostolic Genius Model proposed by Alan Hirsch in his seminal work, The Forgotten Ways Forgotten Ways Language 100 Movements Language 1. Jesus is LORD Identity Declaring Rather than maintaining a generic Jesus is Lord confessional intent, church leaders cultivate a precise shared vocabulary that declares their identity as the radical minimum standard of following Jesus together. 2. Disciple Making - Disciple Making Rather than aiming for attendance at programmatic offerings only, church leaders practice becoming like Jesus as the irreplaceable core task of the community in all components of ministry design. 3. Missional Incarnational Impulse Incarnational Messaging Rather than attracting new attenders to the services through advertising and invitation practices, church leaders train every believer to bring and embody the gospel to different cultures and people groups. 4. Apostolic Environments Leader Releasing Rather than recruiting volunteers to serve the organizational programming only, church leaders help identity and deploy the APEST capability of every believer and leader. 5. Organic Systems Multiplication Organizing Rather than organizing around the addition of members, groups, services and campuses with highly centralized control, church leaders structure for empowerment at the grassroots level allowing for rapid multiplication at every level. 6. Communitas Risk Tribalizing Rather than allowing an inward focus to reinforce a culture of safety, church leaders intentionally design risk-taking practices to cultivate cause-based community as the normal expression of community.! 3

- 100 Movements-Leap Year: Deliverables/Calendar Specifics - The delivery of 100 Movements content will be accomplished through a process of four specific activities that are synchronized to maximize interaction, encourage exploration and deliver tangible results that help imbed 100 Movements mdna into multiplying churches as they are practiced. The focus of the 100M Team will always be to deliver actionable content from global ministry leaders that can be utilized in the trenches of ministry to cultivate movement, initially as follows:! 4 1: Movement Regional Gatherings: 4 Four regional meetings will kick-off 100M Leap Year. Each participating church will be asked to send a key leader (wife is encouraged to attend with Leader) to meet with the 100M Founders in a more intimate and interactive environment that allows for more direct time with Alan and the Team. These Regional gatherings will convene as follows, and you should choose one to attend based upon your schedule, time and proximity: Friday, April 29, 2016 Denver Wednesday, June 22, 2016 Los Angeles Thursday, July 28, 2016 Houston Thursday, August 4, 2016 - Atlanta 2: Movement Consultative Training: 30 Hours 30 hours of virtual consultative-training over six key days, five hours each, in 2016/2017, with at least six other churches working on the same challenge with the selected component of the mdna model. The specific day will fall into the following months/weeks over a 9 month period on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (we are open to Saturday events if needed for tent makers ): September 19-23, 2016 October 10-14, 2016 November 14-18, 2016 January 23-27, 2017 March 14-18, 2017 May 9-12, 2017

- 100 Movements-Leap Year: Deliverables/Calendar Specifics - Continued - 3: Movement Personal Training: 10 Hours 10 hours of movements training and inspiration from Alan and the 100M Team via live streaming. These sessions will be in webinar format and presented during the August 2016 May 2017 timeframe, one per month. They will also be recorded for viewing by your teams, at any time and in any place, if unable to make the live webinars. 4: Movement Tools: All Tools and training are designed by the 100M Design Team and all trainers are movement practitioners, personally selected and certified by the 100M Design Team. Numerous movement tools will be rolled out during the course of Leap Year as a result of need, new learning and practiced use that produces results. The first tool, The mdna Impulse, will be introduced to each participating church to assist them in identifying the one of six cohorts they should participate in based upon their current reality.! 5

- Length of Agreement - This agreement commences with a signed GFA and concludes upon completion of the Leap Year journey. - Terms of Termination - If at any point you or the leadership of your organization feels you need to terminate this agreement for any reason, we ask for a 30-day written notification of your withdrawal from the agreement. Termination of this agreement made in good faith is allowed if, at any time, one or both parties are found to have violated the terms of this agreement. - Travel & Accommodations - Each church is responsible for its own travel, accommodations, and meal costs for any functions requiring such, primarily attendance at the one Regional Gathering for the key leader.! 6
