Greeting from the Dean Dear Prospective Student, I greet you in the name of our Lord and Savoir, Jesus Christ. Welcome to the Brookland Baptist Bible Institute Orientation Meeting. I am excited that God has led you to further your studies by delving deeper into His Word. Christian Education is a vital part of your spiritual growth and how we fulfill our purpose of becoming better Disciples of Christ. Our recurring theme for this class will be, Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15. I pray this experience will be rewarding in assisting you with your personal and Spiritual growth. You are encouraged not to sit on your newfound knowledge, but rather to use it for the purpose of teaching, evangelizing and training of God s people. May God bless you, and once again, WELCOME to your next step on the path to a greater understanding of God s word and His directive for your life. Rev. James A.
