BOB s NOTES FROM CHANNELED SESSIONS taken during Linda and Earl Backman s teleconference on 5 14 2012 This is unedited information, transcribed partially from my handwritten notes and also a voice recording. Highlights of Earl s Channeling of Light Beings on Managing Change Monologue Very important topic. Energy that is causing the changes and transformation on Earth is coming from multiple sources. The four major ones are: 1. Spirit realm 2. Interpersonal transfer of energy 3. Shift of celestial bodies 4. Shifts within Planet Earth 1. SPIRIT REALM: Our guides and teachers are ramping up the energy to get Enlightened Earth Beings (EEB) to step up on their sour purpose path and fulfill their soul intentions. 2. INTERPERSONAL: A secondary transfer of energy takes place in our interpersonal relations with family members or friends. When we observe what we think is odd behavior by some, we are seeing the effects of such intense energy on them. 3. CELESTIAL SHIFTS: Celestial bodies continually shift and realign themselves. Such realignments result in bursts of energy. ETs who are currently incarnated on Earth are particularly sensitive to that, as are the astrologically sensitive EEBs. Solar flares, eclipses, etc. are the times when these phenomena are manifested on Earth. 3. INTRA EARTH SHIFTS: Shifts within Planet Earth (seismic events, storms, tsunamis, etc.) affect everybody and everything, including the Mineral, Plant and Animal Kingdoms. They will increase for the balance of this year and over several years to come. All of which create a huge, intense, energetic burst every time an event takes place. Most Earth Beings are totally unaware that this is happening. Those of you who are called upon, and who have volunteered to be Stewards of Planet Earth, are aware, and will increasingly be aware of the intensity that is created through these seismic shifts that are going to expand over the next several years. And some of you are going to feel the energy from all four of these sources. LBs then talk about the corporate greed leading to pollution and abuses of Mother Earth, and that she has and will respond by increasingly catastrophic shifts of the plates of the planet, or weather related, all designed to force humanity to look at the bigger picture creating SUSTAINABLE energy, not just exploiting of the Earth s resources. ALTZAR: Just now, as I am working on this transcript, I have been guided to a report which has just been released about our exploitation of the Earth s resource. We are all living beyond our means, like on borrowed time and or on credit. Our lifestyle is NOT SUSTAINABLE in the long run. Because we are using 1.5 times more resources than Mother Earth can provide in the long run. And the Arab countries, the tiny Denmark, and the U.S. are the top five greatest offenders against Mother Nature (see Report Takes Stock Of Planet's Health and 2012 Living Planet Report). Your planet is in one of those 25,000 year cycles. There is a huge transformation going on. 1

Your planet will be in a vastly different place 25,000 years from now IF IT SURVIVES. And the Spiritual realm is doing all it can (to save it), including asking volunteers from other dimensions, other celestial bodies, to participate in the evolution of your planet. Because there is great concern whether or not your planet can, in fact, survive for another 25,000 years. Your solar system and the many, many solar systems that make up your galaxy, and the thousands of galaxies that make up the universe, are literally filled with DEAD PLANETS. As dead as Atlantis. As dead as other early civilizations on your planet. What we are saying is that it is up to you and the next three to four generations to decide on the values that are most important, to decide whether or not groups of individuals living in nations can, in fact, live together in harmony. The history of your planet does not give the Spiritual realm a great deal of optimism. And yet, the Masters of Wisdom who have incarnated in previous lifetimes on Earth are COMMITTED to work with those of you willing to help. ALTZAR: Actually, these words touched me deeply, even moistening my eyes, both when spoken yesterday afternoon, and later during my 1AM meditation today, 5 15 12. And also just now, as I was transcribing my notes and the recording. During my meditation early this morning, I said to my Spirit guides and teachers that I realize I am one of those Masters the LBs were talking about. And that want them all to know that I am COMMITTED to doing everything I can to help preserve this beautiful little Blue Star planet. [had to take a break right now to wipe off my tears] As an ET who has incarnated many thousands of times in thousands of places around the Universe, it would be easy to shrug off the current Earth Beings shortcomings and go on working on other planets in other galaxies. But if that were to happen, I said to the Spirit, I would consider such an outcome a PERSONAL FAILURE. Because I had helped perpetrate and perpetuate violence and intolerance on this planet by my actions some of my warrior ruler lifetimes, such as Greek King Theseus, Roman Emperor Constantine, King Phillip of Spain and others. So I must not let Mother Earth perish. And I will not. That was the COMMITMENT I made to the Spirit realm last night, and again this morning. So that s why there is more pressure from the Spiritual realm to step up. Some of you are feeling very uncomfortable, very much pushed out of the status quo. So what s happening from these four directions is increased pressure to force the EBs to start changing. Most Earth Beings in general abhor change. They want stability. They want predictability. They want constancy. In the Spiritual realm we say, How boring is that!? : ) Others of you live on the edge with change. In fact, you are thrilled. It is like a high. Because you know that change, transition and transformation is what the Earth Beings should seek, should relish, should embrace. ALTZAR: The preceding also resonated strongly with me. But change causes fear especially in those who are in power in your country (U.S.). Which is what causes a great deal of concern in the Spirit realm. For those of you on this call, the EEBs, you need to allow the intensity of this energy and the change that is coming. Those of you who work with the energy of Planet Earth, connect with Planet Earth every day. Be 2

aware of how your body is affected by just having your hands in the dirt, or walking on the planet or connecting with the Animal Kingdom. Ground yourself. Tune in to the energy that flows through the energetic grid of Planet Earth. Be aware of the constant need to cleanse your body. Embrace the energy of change and transformation. Allow the energy to flow through your physical vessel. This is how you will manage the intensity and transition. [29:40] Monologue ends. LB s open the lines for questions. Q & A SESSION IS PROGRESS BEING MADE? Linda: [30:00] Question re. stepping up of EEBs: Are we making progress overall? LB: Some are stepping up, and other are not. The bottom line is that more need to step up. Is progress being made on global level? Yes. But for every two steps forward, the EEBs take one or one and a half steps back. So it is not a sustained forward progress. It is interrupted by wars, financial debacles, pain and suffering, greed and adverse being... all serving to counter the work being done by the EEB So there is a continued need for you step up merely to walk your own soul purpose. MEANING OF UPCOMING ECLIPSES Linda: [34:20] We are coming up on two eclipses, one on May 20, one on June 4? LB: There are eclipses happening all the time. But then there are also very rare eclipses, such as the one that s coming up on May 20. These are all a part of this realignment that we were talking about with regard to celestial bodies. Every time there is a shift, there are ramifications, energetic events take place, energy is sent, and is received then by all bodies. Which each eclipse, the Sun and other celestial bodies are in a different relationship to one another. Which creates a different energetic frequency that many of you feel as well as many animals. These shifts are designed to call forth the humanity to assist in aiding the sustainability of this planet. There is not a higher priority for individuals and governments on your planet. You have allowed corporate greed, industrial behavior to pollute the major parts of your planet without penalty, as just the cost of doing business. This has to change. This can no longer be tolerated. Humanity must raise the ante, the cost of pollution. There is a lack of accountability. This is a great concern in the Spiritual realm. For, without accountability, where is the responsibility on your planet? VENUS AURA Nancy: [40:00] What s the big aura around Venus about these days and the points of light? LB: Venus is extremely close to planet Earth right now, particularly in early evening hours. 3

HIGHLIGHTS FROM LIGHT BEINGS COMMENTS 5 14 12 This is all part of the celestial shift that is taking place. This celestial realignment that is taking place creates incredible energy. Think of it as two magnets, or how two bodies attract and repel energy. This is constantly going on right now in the Spiritual realm. Because planet Venus is close, you are able to see it in a different perspective. But not everyone sees that. Some see just bright star. EEBs who are tuned in to celestial bodies are more aware. The auras and points of light are all the ways in which the Sun and other astral entities reflect on the celestial bodies. They create perspectives. They create different energies. The energy emanating from Venus at this time is incredibly powerful. So if you happen to a being who is tuned into Venus, you are aware of the subtle and not so subtle changes that take place when these realignments occur. Which creates a whole different flow of energy to Planet Earth. Which is supposed to get the EEBs to step up. Others are not impacted by it, because they get stuck in a place of Fear. This is all intended so that EEBs can feel the great change. Many of you are seeing it in personal relationships. Some people are acting in just most bizarre ways. ALTZAR: The preceding inspired me to try take some shots of Venus in the early hours last evening (5 14 12), especially as Elizabeth and I have been also talking about it last week. Here they are: Sadly, the camera did not catch the points of light shooting from Venus that my naked eye observed. Maybe that s what the LBs meant when they said that not everyone can see these things. 4

GRATITUDE, WHAT DO WE DO ON MAY 20, JUNE 4 6? ALTZAR: [46:50] First, I would like to express my gratitude that I feel you have either done or instigated. They are helping all around, both the humanity and the group that you know, that we know, as the Stewards of the Earth. You have said that many more people would be joining us. And talked about the importance of group energy, and how it exponentially raises the effectiveness of the group. This is exactly what has been happening since the last time we spoke. So I want to thank you, and I want to thank our guides and teachers for facilitating that. The second thanks goes to you for your confirmation of the challenge that you had posed to me the discovery question, as you put it about the location of Atlantis. And I am grateful for both the intuitions that led to my answer to that question, and for your confirmation. As for my question, it actually dovetails on what Linda has already asked about the three imminent celestial events on May 20, June 4 and also the Venus transit on June 6. In addition to what you have already explained what all this means from a celestial standpoint, my question is what can we, as either Stewards of the Earth, or Enlightened Earth Beings, do to take advantage of the changes and the energetic shift, so they can place, so they can channel them in a positive way in the course of our mission to help humanity and to help Mother Earth? COMMENT ABOUT OPENING COMMENT LB: Thank you Bob. We appreciate your question. We appreciate your comments. And we appreciate your devotion and dedication to the Stewards of the Earth. And you are, and we will say this first before we do respond to your question, you are ALLOWING the Stewards of the Earth to just evolve, to just have its own momentum, without trying to create something that is designed to... perhaps be an organization, or whatever. You are just ALLOWING the organization to have its natural progress of evolution, bringing individuals into the organization that feel connected, that feel alike... without expectations of how much they need to participate, knowing that for most, the participation is energetic. So it is about putting in place an energetic momentum that is organic in its process. It is not about forcing change. It is not about forcing the awareness about the need for change. It is about allowing for evolution to take place. And we know that patience is not one of the greatest attributes of humanity, of change agents. Not trying to force change sometimes takes a great deal of restraint. So you are allowing for that natural progression of expansion. And this is the way change will occur on your planet. ALTZAR: When Elizabeth said last night she had also noticed that new members are joining us all the time, I explained that s not because of anything I am going. I am just keeping the gate open and the light on for all well meaning Stewards to enter. But it is the Spirit realm that is bringing them in. ANSWER TO QUESTION So with these cosmic events, what is important for you and others, not just Stewards of the Earth, but other EEBs whose connection is at a different level, no less or no more important, but just with a different focus... what you all need to do is to prepare yourself to absorb that energy that is created from these celestial shifts. When these realignments occur, the energy is intense. What is important is that you each still yourselves. And by that we mean to quiet yourselves to just absorb the energy that is coming in. For, this 5

energy is like being plugged into a nuclear reactor, without the glow. This is about being a conduit. This energy is created from these cosmic shifts. Energy emanates outward. In order for it to have an impact on Earth, all of you who are so inclined need to prepare yourselves to welcome being a receptacle of that energy. So that you can then be a conduit to other earth beings, and to Earth itself, and to all the realms that make up Planet Earth (mineral, animal, devic kingdoms). In other words, see yourself as a conduit of this intense energy into the Earth, and into others who inhabit the Earth. So that it doesn t just bounce off Planet Earth and back out into space. For, if there is no one receiving that information, it s gone. So what is important for these and future celestial events is to prepare a welcoming for this energy. You open up your sense to allow your body to be a conduit. And from you the energy spreads outward. You are not only a conduit for the energy, you are a reflector, sending the energy out. This is a planetary change, planetary vision. So these events, to Stewards of the Earth and other Enlightened Earth Beings are critical. To other ones, there is no benefit, there is no gain, there is no contribution that this energy makes to the evolution of the planet. We hope that our answer makes sense to all of you. NO HIERARCHY IN SPIRITUAL REALM, PERSONALIZED RECEPTORS DJ: [1:06:30] In terms of the Light Beings or other entities that are helping us and the Earth at this time time, are there some that are more important than others, or is it just that the whole solar system is helping us? LB: Excellent question. We will see if we can do justice to your question. From the Spiritual realm, from the Celestial realm, there is no hierarchy. That is not true from the earthly realm. Because the Earth Beings resonate with different energies from the Celestial realm. And for them then, it does make a difference. So for those beings who are either recently or long term departed from other celestial bodies, you resonate with that energy coming from that body. [Sirius B in my case, music, sounds] Therefore, those energies carry greater importance for such beings. Or there could be a certain resonance that some individuals have because they know that a certain Master guides them. So they are tuned in to that energy. So that carries greater significance to the recipient. From the largess of the Celestial realm, which is VAST, when you think about millions of solar systems within your own galaxy, and then the millions of galaxies that make up the Universe, it is beyond the comprehension of Earth Beings to fathom this VASTNESS. There are new discoveries being made every so many months by your scientists. This is going to increase. And for those of you who are ETs, just stopping by Planet Earth in one of your many incarnations, and you chose to just drop in and assist humanity, the resonance you feel from other celestial bodies is tied to your own personal experiences. And to the wave lengths of that particular energy. Because it feels comfortable. And therefore you are a better receptor of that information. 6

Which is why the Earthly realm is receiving the energy from everywhere in the Celestial realm, so that are tuned into 85.7 of the energetic frequency get their information. And those who are 107.6 also get their information. One isn t more important than the other. Excellent question. We are not sure that question has ever been asked of us. Because it explains how Earth Beings receive energy from all sorts of different places, and how it is all important. DO WE HAVE ONE MAIN SOUL GUIDE? CAN THAT CHANGE? Linda: [1:14:30] Do we have one main, primary Soul Guide? LB: That is correct. Linda: And am I also correct that that can change, even in a single incarnation? LB: That is correct. Linda: So what leads to a shift from one to another Soul Guide? LB: Because within an incarnation, you are constantly shifting. Some guides are better able to assist you. So your Soul Guide brings in another team of experts. That does not mean that your Soul Guide abandons you. Spiritual realm works in teams. Advanced souls, who have taken on major responsibility, are also alternating between being guides to others between incarnations, and incarnating themselves to continue their own soul evolution. We are not talking about Infinite Souls. We are talking about Advanced Souls.
