In addition to his parents, Mark is survived by his brothers and sisters, John and Galena White, Kenyatta White, Michael White, Stephen L. Willis, Jr., and Emily Willis. He was the oldest grandchild of his adoptive grandparents, Mary and Carmen DeSimone. He was the beloved life partner of Tamikah Smith. His children, Jada, Kyla, Elijah, Dhaliamar, Destiny, Amia, Amorae, and Brayden, were the light of his life. He is also survived by the many aunt and uncles, and nieces and nephews, all of whom brought him such joy. A celebration of his life and spirit will be held in the chapel at Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway, Allen, Texas, at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. He was someone who could make you laugh no matter what. Mark came into my life when I was 16, he was 15...and his laugh was contagious! He had such a unique laugh you could tell it was him from the moment you heard it. We shared many memories together, and had many serious conversations...mark was a smart guy, always had been, he was about family, and loved people. The boy loved to cook on a grill! LOL If there was a cook out - he would be the first to step in and want to help out with it. He always was just happy when the family was all together. You could just tell in his eyes. That is how he wanted it. He was always fishing, I think it was his way to relax and thing about things - a time to reflect. How many can say God called us home while we were doing something we loved? When I get called home I hope I am that fortunate. I will always love Mark there is a piece of my heart missing that I will not get back, but I WILL keep his memory alive and make sure my kids remember their uncle! CASEY BERUETE, SEPTEMBER 17, 2013
