No. 151 at S.No. 6 enlisted in the Day s Question List was replied by Mr. Sajad Gani Lone, Hon ble Minster for Social Welfare on behalf of Mr. Imran Raza (v) Ansari, Hon ble Minister for Youth Services and Sports. Hon ble Member, Mr. G. M. Saroori(INC) staged a walkout from the House in protest as he was not satisfied with the reply of the Government to his (vi) Supplementary Question. A.Q. No. 1033 at S.No. 7 of the Day s Question List was not taken up due to the absence of concerned Hon ble Member. UN-STARRED QUESTIONS Written replies to 15 Un-starred Questions set down in the Question list were placed on the Table of the House. Note: - (i) At this stage, Hon ble Member, Mr. Ali Mohammad Sagar(NC) drew attention of the Chair towards the list of casual and other labourers working in various Departments, uploaded on various social sites creating chaos among the people and demanded clarification from the Government in this behalf. In response, Mr. Haseeb A. Drabu, Hon ble Minister for Finance informed the House
that the Government is collecting the data of such candidates from various Departments and no such official list has yet been formulated and finalized by the Government. (ii) Hon ble Member, Mr. Ali Mohammad Sagar(NC) alleged that the Public representatives were not taken onboard while drafting the Master Plan for the Twin Capital Cities of the State. In response, Mr. Javid Mustafa Mir, Hon ble Minster for Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Floriculture assured the House that it would be put in Public Domain after the consultation of elected Public representatives. DISCUSSION AND VOTING ON DEMANDS FOR GRANTS FOR THE YEAR 2018-2019 Mr. Chander Prakash, Hon ble Minister for Industries and Commerce moved the following demand: - Demand No.11 That a sum not exceeding Rs.56355.24 lakh be granted to Government to defray the charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending 31 st March, 2019 in respect of 2055-Police, 2851-Village and Small Industries, 2853- Non-Ferrous Mining and Metallurgical Industries, 4851-Capital Outlay on Village and Small Industries, 4852-Capital Outlay on Iron and Steel Industries, 4853-Capital Outlay on Non-Ferrous Mining and Metallurgical Industries, 6885-Other Loans to Industries and Minerals.

Saroori, Usman Abdul Majid of Indian National Congress drew the attention of the Chair towards the alleged killing of a teenaged boy and severely injured two girls by Security Forces in an encounter at Chaigund Shopian and sought a statement from the Government in this behalf.
