WHAT IS THE 2017 CONVOCATION OF CATHOLIC LEADERS? In the summer of 2017, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops will be convening an unprecedented gathering of key leaders from dioceses and Catholic organizations from all across the country in order to assess the challenges and opportunities of our time, particularly in the context of the Church in the United States. The gathering will assemble Catholic leaders for a strategic conversation, under the leadership of the bishops, on forming missionary disciples to animate the Church and to engage the culture. Inspired by Pope Francis s Evangelii Gaudium, the Convocation will form leaders who will be equipped and re-energized to share the Gospel as missionary disciples, while offering fresh insights informed by new research, communications strategies, and successful models. WHEN AND WHERE? The Convocation of Catholic Leaders: The Joy of the Gospel in America will be held in Orlando, Florida, from Saturday, July 1, to Tuesday, July 4, 2017.

Such a gathering has never taken place in the history of the Church in the United States. As such, supporting the 2017 Convocation of Catholic Leaders provides a singular opportunity to provide visibility to your organization while making possible this moment of national unity for the Catholic Church in our country.

WHAT S EXPECTED: Exhibitors will be given a designated space in the pre-function area (outside the General Session ballroom) or the adjunct exhibit hall (depending upon the exhibit package chosen). All exhibitors receive a complimentary six foot draped table; to purchase additional tables you must upgrade the level of your exhibitor package. Convocation registration is by invitationonly and is at an additional cost. Exhibitor registration does not include meals but there are a variety of nearby dining options. Hotel accommodations are not part of the exhibitor package. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to reserve rooms at discounted group rates at one of the official hotels. Many sponsors bring banners, pamphlets, prizes, and other items. We have partnered with an exhibits management company to to assist with shipping and handling. The management company will accept your packages at their warehouse, deliver them to your booth, and help you ship them back. The exhibits company offers competitive rates for these services. More info will be available when registration opens. Exhibitors can rent certain AV equipment from the exhibits management company. A link will be provided in the Exhibitor Registration Portal. Please see Exhibitor Terms and Conditions for more details.
