BIOGRAPHY Dr. Paul Dhinakaran is a global evangelist, author, and educator fulfilling the God-given mandate Not One Soul to Be Lost! As president and co-founder of Jesus Calls International, Dr. Paul travels extensively speaking in public meetings termed Prayer Festivals for much of the year. Dr. Paul just inaugurated the 65 th Prayer Tower where volunteers intercede for their nation and community as well as needs of those who request prayer. One day the Lord spoke to him through his father (Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran). After this Dr. Paul s life was forever impacted, and he began to operate in wisdom and knowledge. He completed his MBA and became the first student in the University of Madras to earn a Ph.D. in Management Science at the age of 27.
