Kenneth Copeland Ministries January 2017 Dear Partner, I want to begin by thanking you and all our Partners around the world for being so faithful to stand with Gloria and me and all of us here at KCM and EMIC. A lot of major battles were fought AND WON, both in the ministry and in our personal lives. O, thank God for His wonderful grace, goodness and mercy! Thank God for His WORD! Thank GOD for the mighty Name of Jesus! We have overcome the devil and all he s tried to do by THE BLOOD of THE LAMB and the word of our testimony! Because GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN US than he that is in the world! Brother Copeland, do you think things are going to improve with all the changes that are taking place in our government? They will if we continue to hold fast to The WORD, believing God for the Great Awakening to Him, and not just relax and expect the new administration to be the answer. Let s look at Jeremiah 17:5: 5 Thus saith The LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from The LORD. That doesn t happen only when the economy is bad. Business can be booming all around someone, yet they fail right in the middle of it. Let s look at verse 6 and we ll see why: 6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. Look at that. Good things are happening. It s not because opportunities are not coming. The problem is this person with his dried-up faith can t see them. Notice now in verse 5, where the problem began. This is someone who has allowed his trust in God to give way to his own understanding. Let s prove it. Look at Proverbs 3:1-10: 1 My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: 2 For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee. 3 Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: 4 So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man. 5 Trust in The LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. 7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear The LORD, and depart from evil. 8 It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. 9 Honour The LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: 10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine. Now look at what this process of keeping your eyes on The WORD will produce. Verses 16-18 say: 16 Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour. 17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. 18 She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her. Now go back to Jeremiah 17 and read verses 7-8. Do you remember the tree in Proverbs 3:18? It s the same tree as in Jeremiah 17:8! All this poor, cursed person in Jeremiah 17:5-6 has to do is get his eyes back on The WORD! What happens when he does that? FAITH COMETH (Romans 10:17)! That s the only difference between the dried-up heath in the desert and the tree planted by the water. Jesus is our Source our only Source! For instance, in the verses we read in Proverbs 3:1-10, THE WISDOM of GOD is the source. First Corinthians 1:30 identifies who that wisdom is: JESUS!
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. Brother Copeland, I thought The WORD of God is His WISDOM. It is. In Luke 11:49, Jesus called the written WORD of God the wisdom of God. Remember also what John 1:1 says: 1 In the beginning was The WORD, and The WORD was with God, and The WORD was God. Now read verse 14: 14 And The WORD was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. Jesus, The WORD of GOD, is the wisdom of God and He is alive in every born-again believer! Every new creature in Christ Jesus has the great wisdom tree of life living on the inside of his or her reborn spirit. Victory in Christ Jesus is only a faith confession and action on The WORD of His promise away. Great and wonderful things are ahead for this ministry in 2017! There are victories and breakthroughs so marvelous I can t put them in a letter. And not just for those of us who are out there in the field preaching and teaching, but for every Partner standing with us. You re going to be laying hands on the sick. You re going to be preaching, teaching and healing right along with us with the same ANOINTING. I m telling you, it s GLORIOUS! Pray for our leaders. Wonderful things will happen throughout the nation. But the big things are in the spirit realm. That s where the real action is. As you sow your BLESSING seed this month, name it The Wisdom of God for Me in all The LORD is doing. Your sowing promise this month is Colossians 1:9-11: 9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; 10 That ye might walk worthy of The LORD unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; 11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness.
Look at that again. My, my, my! That s shouting ground. I m standing in agreement with you, and we ll both receive revelation of His will on a higher level than ever before for this ministry and our personal lives.
