But we all beholding the glory of the Lord with open face, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, as by the Spirit of the Lord. 2 Cor 3:18 Taken from the Office of Readings, Wednesday Wk 16 of the Year, Ordinary Time
Worship and Transformation The New Evangelization Cultural Transformation
The New Evangelization To evangelize means: to show people the path towards happiness to demonstrate the art of living joyfully. We need a new evangelization capable of being heard by a world that does not find access to classic evangelization. Benedict XVI Christ is the Way and the final destination. So we must show people Christ.
1. Personal, supernatural transformation leading to a happy life. 2. Prayer: liturgical, para-liturgical prayer, personal prayer 3. We must be assimilated into Christ to attain union with God. We participate in his suffering and love and our way of living offers hope of eternal life and just judgment.
The new evangelization depends largely on the Domestic Church. The Christian Family to the extent it succeeds in living love as communion and service as a reciprocal gift open to all, as a journey of permanent conversion supported by the grace of God, reflects the splendor of Christ in the world and the beauty of the divine Trinity Benedict XVI Address to Participants at the Plenary Assembly of the Pontifical Council for the Family, Clementine Hall, 2011
A Beautiful Pattern of Prayer Rom 12: 1-2 My brothers, I implore you by God s mercy to offer your very selves to him: a living sacrifice, dedicated and fit for his acceptance, the worship offered by mind and heart. Adapt yourselves no longer to the pattern of this present world, but let your minds be remade and your whole nature thus transformed. Then you will be able to discern the will of God, and to know what is good, acceptable, and perfect.

A Catholic education is an education directed to a deepening of our participation in the liturgy so that we are transformed Mystagogical Catechesis. The aim of all Christian education, is to train the believer in an adult faith that can make him a "new creation", capable of bearing witness in his surroundings to the Christian hope that inspires him. Benedict XVI, Sacramentum Caritatis, 64 The greatest teacher is God Himself, encountered in the Sacred Liturgy
The proper and immediate end of Christian education is to cooperate with divine grace in forming the true and perfect Christian, that is, to form Christ Himself in those regenerated by Baptism...For precisely this reason, Christian education takes in the whole aggregate of human life, physical and spiritual, intellectual and moral, individual, domestic and social, not with a view of reducing it in any way, but in order to elevate, regulate and perfect it, in accordance with the example and teaching of Christ. Hence the true Christian, product of Christian education, is the supernatural man who thinks, judges and acts constantly and consistently in accordance with right reason illumined by the supernatural light of the example and teaching of Christ; in other words, to use the current term, the true and finished man of character. Pius XI, Divini Illius Magistri, 60; 1929
