Retreat Itinerary Friday 27 th October We suggest you arrive around 3pm or before if possible, in order to settle in to your room and start adjusting your energy to the peaceful realms of this sacred space. Formal introductions and intention setting for the group will start at 6pm, before a delicious vegan meal, made with local produce, much of which is grown on the property. An early night prepares you for this spiritual journey into Nature. Take note of your dreams, as they can be a wonderful guide for your time here. Saturday 28 th October Before breakfast, Janine Opheim, who is a qualified Kundalini yoga teacher, will lead us in a session which intends to open our hearts and prepare both our bodies and minds for the work we will be doing today. The yoga is suitable for all levels and is a gentle introduction to this type of yoga. You need no experience in order to participate, however it is entirely optional. Around 10am we start with the workshop. Wynter and Safaya will take you back to the basics of Animal Communication reminding you of the information that is intended to ground you in this practice. This will be the time to bring questions, share some experiences and reveal anything that you feel may be blocking your communication skills.
Safaya introduces you to Heart Field Intelligence, which explains how the heart connects us all, and by working with heart energy, this can help you develop a deeper connection with nature and all the beings with whom we share this planet. After a wonderful lunch at Trefacwn, we will have the opportunity of practicing with the animals who live there, if they are of course, willing. The session ends in the late afternoon, giving you time to rest before dinner. After dinner, a documentary on Animal Communication featuring both Anna Breytenbach and Wynter Worsthorne will be shown. (This was the pilot film which preceded The Animal Communicator ) Sunday 29 th October After breaking our fast, we set out to visit some rescued Donkeys, who we were introduced to last year. You will sense the depth of communication we are able to enter into with them in our physical presence, learning their story, feeling their thoughts and wishes, from their hearts to yours. Lunch will be either at Trefacwn or en-route. Back at Trefacwn we regroup for some more practice with animal communication. This time working with beloved animals who are not in our physical presence and may be on the other side of the world, or may be out of this physical world all-together. Use this time to practice with animals and people who you have not met before. We will have time before dinner to rest and perhaps, weather permitting take a walk on the sea shore close by.
Monday 30 th October An early rise for another optional morning session of Yoga with Janine takes us up to breakfast at 9:00am. Today we start working on dissolving any blockages and addressing individual concerns and issues around intuitive communication. We will be doing some in-depth work on how as sensitive, intuitive people, we can merge the worlds of man and nature as seamlessly as possible. Working with nature for the greater good of all. After lunch you will have some free time to process and journal your experiences so far. We meet up for dinner. We will then have an opportunity for a sharing of any dreams that may have come up during this time. Dream-work goes hand in hand with intuitive communication and often gives us great insights into where we are on our journey.
Tuesday 31 st October Ease into the morning with breakfast around 9am. After satisfying our hunger, we prepare for a walk on the clifftops at St Davids to experience the Wild Ponies who live in freedom in the area. We may also have the opportunity of connecting and communicating with the Atlantic Grey Seals who can be seen and heard roaring and rollicking in the waves beneath us. Autumn is pupping time, a wonderful time to commune with these beautiful Seal Lions. We return to Trefacwn for a well-deserved lunch. Afterwards we discuss and share the experiences of the day. We relook at The Ten Commandments given to us last year by the ponies with whom we met. We end the day listening to the wisdom of the wild and receiving messages to take home with us. Our last dinner together will be a celebration of the work achieved.
Wednesday 1 st November Today is the day this journey ends and a new one begins for all of us. After breakfast we have a closing ceremony, where we give thanks and make a personal commitment to Nature. Those who are departing from Trefacwn will aim to leave by 11am at the latest.

About Safaya Safaya Salter is a co-facilitator for the Animaltalk Africa Online Acadmey. An artist, designer and author, she combines her love of the natural world, from which she draws inspiration, with her study and practice of energy psychology and interspecies communication. Understanding horses and how we may best honour them for their historic service to man is a parallel enduring passion, while assimilating their teaching continues to be a primary force in her professional and private life. Learning to be deeply in the moment with horses, without agenda and through a true heart connection, has been the key to her work s progress and one which can be incredibly magnetic for the horse-human relationship and life changing for humans. Opening to interspecies communication is a journey of lessons on different levels which we continue to revisit as we evolve with experience and understanding and Safaya s sensitivity and gentle humour supplies the perfect nurture and support for students to open to greater possibilities of themselves within this retreat. www.mindbodywisdom.co.uk
