2 Samuel 16:23 KJV 23 And the counsel of Ahithophel, which he counselled in those days, was as if a man had enquired at the oracle of God: so was all the counsel of Ahithophel both with David and with Absalom.

2 Kings 15:10,13-15 KJVS 10 And Shallum the son of Jabesh conspired against him, and smote him before the people, and slew him, and reigned in his stead. 13 Shallum the son of Jabesh began to reign in the nine and thirtieth year of Uzziah king of Judah; and he reigned a full month in Samaria.

Conspirators operate on inside information, therefore manage your information. They are usually close individuals you trust. They betray your trust. Some speak/whisper secretly to hurt you behind your back and smile at you in public.
They act out of envy with the aim of displacing you and taking your place - 2 Kings 15:10 ~ Shallum reigned in the palace in place of Zechariah after disgracing him in the open, in front of people. The aim of conspirators is to disgrace you in front of the people. Those who tried it with Jesus failed. Those who try it with you shall fail. None of the rulers of this world understood it, because if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory (1 Corinthians 2:8).
They reveal themselves after completing their act of betrayal, disgrace and unseating their target. e.g: Judas Their aim is to unseat, displace and disgrace you. They will not achieve their purpose. Their everlasting shame and confusion shall not be forgotten.
The bible says: Isaiah 8:9-10 9 Associate yourselves, O you people, and you shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all you of far countries: gird yourselves, and you shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and you shall be broken in pieces. 10 Take counsel together, and it shall come to nothing; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.
