The Fourth Tzu Chi Forum The Universal Value of Buddhism & the Dharma Path of Tzu Chi The year of 2016 marks Tzu Chi s 50th anniversary. Over the last half century, under the guidance of Dharma Master Cheng Yen, Tzu Chi volunteers around the world have dedicated their lives on the Path of Bodhisattva to help those in need. In this historical year, the Fourth Tzu Chi Forum will be held in Taipei by Tzu Chi, Tzu Chi of Science and Technology, and Tzu Chi Foundation. It is a great opportunity to present how a Buddhist organization is carrying out in the modern society the Dharma taught by the Buddha over 2,000 years ago. And how Tzu Chi volunteers reach out to others with the spirit of the Four Immeasurables of loving kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. 1.
