Remve any spiritual fat and rip ut every sin in yur sul. Recall Jesus stry: hw He sacrificed, suffered and died, fr Gd s glry, fr yur sake. Realise He s helping yu in yur race, He s waiting fr yu at the finish line, with yur reward in His hand.
