Matthew 24 - Jesus Tells Us When No one knows the actual day of Jesus return except God 36 But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father But We can discern the TIME PERIOD in which Jesus will come back based on the signs of the times. 32 Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. Matt 16:3 You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.

Many will go here and there to increase knowledge. Joel 2:23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. Joel 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh The former rain = Acts 2:18 (Peter quotes Joel 2:28) The latter rain = Began in 1906 at the Azusa street revival with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and has spread all over the world.

So What Do We Do? Luke 21:34-36 Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you suddenly like a trap. 35 For it will come on all those who live on the face of the whole earth. 36 Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man. Be Careful Don t get consumed and dragged down with all the negative news. Instead - be alert to what God is doing, partner with him in his business of spreading the Gospel to all people, and pray his kingdom come and his will be done.
So What Do We Do? Matt 24:12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. Luke 21:28 When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near. Revelation 22:20 He who testifies to these things says, Yes, I am coming soon. Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. Don t let your love for Jesus become lukewarm or cold But stand firm in the love and grace and power of Jesus Christ Look up with hope and live in expectation of the soon coming of Jesus Christ for you and me. AMEN!
