The WORD Meditation Education System Education is the uplifting of the soul of man into the glorious light of truth Frederick Douglas Truth is the offspring of silence and unbroken meditation Sir Isaac Newton In the traditional educational model there are only teachers who impart knowledge and students who receive that knowledge; there is little social interaction between teacher and student outside school; and except for religious schools, God is no longer in the equation. But even within religious schools the acknowledgement of God is limited by religious dogma and tradition, for not one of the 33,800 denominations of Christianity teaches what Jesus taught in John 6:45, And they shall ALL be taught by God. That God teaches every true believer who takes the time to be still and meditatively listen for God s voice is an irrefutable fact, one I ve documented in my personal journal s recorded words from God. Over more than three decades of daily Christ-centered meditation, I ve done this. But, just as it says in scripture, The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit. (John 3:8), so no one can dictate to God the time and place of Holy Spirit anointing, as some New Age automatic writing proponents proclaim. God instructs us; God delivers a revelational Word by the Holy Spirit; and it is in God s timing, not ours. The WORD Meditation Education System represents a paradigm shift in thinking. Under the old way our mind is limited to the input of human teachers, sense-based data and sense-based interpretations. But this new way of learning incorporates spirit revealed data and spirit-based input, revelational words written on the believer s mind and heart by God s Holy Spirit. Under the old educational paradigm mankind s understanding is limited by reason and our 5 senses. But under this new paradigm, our untapped ability to be taught directly by God is awakened; spiritual discernment as to whether one is hearing their own voice or God s is learned; and the certainty of KNOWING God and God s will, being accompanied as it is by the great peace and joy of God s wisdom, is the ultimate reward. Because secular and religious teachers under the old paradigm lack this direct communication with God, this direct experience with the spirit realm, they can only impart to their students what they were taught by their professors, thus continuing the cycle of God-less, sensebased knowledge. This is why traditional religious teachers have no understanding of God's invisible Spirit-realm, no first-hand knowledge of heaven or angels, no training in Christ-centered meditation. Therefore, teachers within the traditional systems of education, whether secular or religious, are woefully lacking in the most important, individually empowering knowledge in the entire universe: our Creator s Perspective, Purpose and Power. This knowledge is shared freely with every spiritually aware individual willing to follow the Way, the Truth and Life exemplified in the teachings and lifestyle of Jesus Christ. This is what Jesus meant when He said, I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6). At RENEW-GATHER-BUILD we provide access to this entirely new educational model, the WORD Meditation Education System. As lifelong learners and Christ-centered meditators, we combine our Reason with God s Revelational wisdom, gathered directly from God s never-ending River of Life.

Our Chart of Three Educational Models TEACHING EDUCATIONAL 1.) Old student-teacher model OR all students of one teacher, God? Strict teacher-student learning model. Same strict traditional teacherstudent learning model even though Jesus forbids calling one another teacher in Matthew 23:10, Do not be called teachers, for One is your teacher. According to God s leading, and acknowledging the truth of Christ s statement, They shall all be taught by God (John 6:45), we accept God as our One true teacher. We acknowledge also, with regards practical skills and most educational subjects, that we do indeed need traditional teachers. This is especially true for elementary school children who have yet to reach the age of reason. However, in both practical and spiritual matters, we should turn to God for added revelational understanding regarding any subject or skill, for it is clear from the lives of men and women throughout history, that those who maintained a daily, deep meditative link with God were enabled to excel at whatever they set their mind to. One of the greatest examples of this is Sir Isaac Newton, often called the greatest scientist who ever lived. Newton was a lifelong Christian meditator who spent an hour or more every morning seeking God for practical solutions to scientific problems. He said, Truth is the offspring of meditation and unbroken silence.

TEACHING EDUCATIONAL 2.) What is the student s relationship to teacher(s)? Young students have many teachers and an increasingly popular option for adults are life coaches. Young students and adults who attend Sunday school and/or adult education classes have multiple teachers. Life coaches are fast becoming the go-to experts for many Christians. Jesus clearly stated, Do not be called teachers, for One is your teacher (Matthew 23:10). In obedience to Jesus Christ, our educational facilitators or guides will not call themselves teacher nor will they accept others calling them such. Yes, we do presentations, share stories and help others to learn, so we do teach. But we who love God and Jesus with all our heart/mind/soul, choose to obey Christ. Instead of calling ourselves teacher we direct the student s mind to embrace God as the only unbiased, 100% true teacher, the final arbiter of truth. With obedience comes understanding, and I have come to understand these three reasons as to why Jesus told us not to call one another teacher : 1) TO ENCOURAGE HUMILITY: Jesus was teaching humility to every believer who obeys (for God is the only completely trustworthy Teacher capable of revealing truths of a Spiritual realm none of us earthlings know much about). 2) TO HELP US KNOW GOD: The New Covenant is about knowing God: None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord,' for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them. If we are interested in living a spiritual (i.e. non-religious life), a lifestyle empowered by coming into God s Presence and receiving

God s living Spirit Word, then we must believe that God is our teacher. Yes, while on this earth, Jesus did say He was the one and only Teacher of His disciples (as in for One is your teacher, the Christ ), however, by His own admission, the words He spoke came from the Father. Indirectly, anyone taught by Jesus was in truth being taught by the Father. Furthermore, before Jesus left this earth he said God was sending the Holy Spirit to guide believers into all truth, then quoted an Old Testament prophet to remove all doubt: And they shall ALL be taught by God (John 6:45). 3) TO ENCOURAGE EQUALITY: Jesus asked his disciples to consider Him a co-equal when He told them to call Him friend (John 15:15) and refused the title of Master. And by His command to not call one another teacher, Jesus was also establishing in the mind of every believer our equality before God: we are all students of our Creator, with equal access to God; and we are all equal in our ability to receive God s living Spirit instruction via God s kingdom within. For these same reasons we understand there can only be One truly trustworthy, Life-Coach: God almighty.

TEACHING EDUCATIONAL 3.) Are Christ s 9 Kingdom Keys taught (also known as Christ s 9 Principles of Spiritual Independence, Equality and Individual Empowerment )? Christ s teachings are not allowed to be taught in public schools. Only the six Elementary principles of Christ are taught (repentance, faith, baptisms, healing, eternal judgement and the resurrection), but the spiritual meat of Christ s 9 Principles (or Kingdom Keys) are not. All nine of Christ s 9 Principles of Spiritual Independence, Equality and Individual Empowerment are accepted and taught because they were taught by Jesus. Christianity ignores some of those nine (e.g. # 5: None called teacher ), gives lip service to some (e.g. #2: All are priests and #3: Equal as brethren ) and totally distorts the meaning of others (e.g. #1: Only God is good and #9: Abide as one ), all in a vain attempt to prove their false doctrines (BTW, every principle is backed by scripture). Christians must choose the truth of Christ over religion and its tradition of distorting Christ s teachings! 4.) Is curriculum entirely sense-based OR does it combine man s Reason with God s Spirit Word Revelation via Christ-centered meditation? Curriculum is entirely sense-based. Lip service is given to a spiritbased curriculum, but Kingdom access tools are neither taught nor practiced. Also, some of Christianity s major doctrines prevent Kingdom access. As a result, the curriculum of Bible Colleges and Sunday Schools throughout the world fail to recognize or teach Christ s 9 Principles, each one a Key to God s kingdom within. Similarly, what is taught is not of the Spirit but of the world, being both appearance and sense-based. This serves the purposes of religion, which Our curriculum is both sense-based and spiritbased, making good use of kingdom tools for the manifestation of God s Presence and the receipt of God s Kingdom Word. These are some kingdom tools God has provided: 1) Christ-Centered, Glory2Glory, Transforming Meditation (CC-G2G- TM): a method of meditation given to me by God during a period of homelessness in the spring of 1983 (and an answer to 10 years of continual praying for God to reveal the best, most productive Christian form of meditation). 2) The Abiding Oneness: The use of our Christ-Centered, Glory2Glory, Transforming Meditation to seek, experience and practice that Abiding Oneness Jesus defined and

seeks to keep Christians obedient to their religious leaders. It also robs Christians of their sovereignty: as co-equal members of God s holy nation; as members of the royal priesthood, male and female Priests of the Lord! promised all believers in John 17, a oneness with God s Perspective & Purposes, and a sharing of God s Power! 3) Christ s 9 Principles of Spiritual Independence, Equality and Individual Empowerment: Through their understanding true Christians are able to grow and mature spiritually, moving beyond the six Elementary principles of Christ, outlined in Hebrews 6:1-2 (repentance, faith, baptisms, healing, resurrection, eternal judgement). 4) Christ-Centered Intentional Communities: Next to Christ-Centered meditation this is one of our most powerful kingdom tools. It is not an option. Jesus began His ministry by gathering His first disciples (like a shepherd gathers his sheep); they left behind their families, their livelihoods (fishing for men instead of fish) and their homes to follow Jesus; they ate together, traveled together, ministered to the needy together and they even shared a common purse (the ultimate proof they lived in community). Mainstream Christianity, however, changed the metaphor of the sheep, from being like sheep in lifestyle, gathered for mutual protection, to being like sheep in attitude, meek and obedient. That Jesus intended the former is proven by His story of the hen & chicks.

TEACHING EDUCATIONAL 5.) What is the level of student-teacher personal interaction? Teachers & students rarely interact as friends. Some limited interaction between teachers and students, whenever their church gathers for worship, Bible study or special occasions. Friendships between those teaching & those receiving the teaching, will naturally be deepened through our shared community life and times of Christ-centered meditation. Pre-school & elementary students will be prepared to receive Holy Spirit Revelation through regular family meditation times at home, and a daily group meditation time at school. The New Testament, New Covenant way of the Spirit, recognizes one another as equals before God, able to say, as Jesus did, that we are equal as friends: No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you. (John 15:15). This understanding breaks down normal cultural barriers and helps establish new cultural traditions that increases our unity. Dividing us into clergy and laity, or teacher and student, these are the constructs of religion. Their purpose is to empower the teachers and the clergy. Christ s spirit-centered, abiding oneness, taught by God message, on the other hand, empowers each and every believer as equals, as the Priests of the Lord prophesized in Isaiah 61.

TEACHING EDUCATIONAL 6.) What collaborative and entrepreneurial projects are possible? Rare collaborative projects (such as science fairs) and no entrepreneurial projects (fund-raisers don t count). More freedom for collaborative projects within Christians schools but entrepreneurial projects are taboo, since churches traditionally consider money filthy lucre and steer clear of business ventures. We encourage and support collaborative projects & entrepreneurial endeavors by RENEW-GATHER-BUILD members. The way traditional Christianity deals with money has less to do with Christ s teachings and more to do with religious tradition. I totally disagree with Christianity s choice to make churches non-profit and their endless begging for support (which includes offerings ). And I disagree with how Christianity helps the poor, especially those within their own congregation. I disagree because their charitable systems are built on an Old Covenant model, on an appearance of holiness, which in the minds of many means being above filthy lucre and the business of making profits. I ve read in the Bible that God s people aren t beggars. And yet Christian leaders continually beg for money to pay for church building upkeep, staff salaries, and the erection of bigger church buildings. But we learn in Christ s parable of the Ten Talents & the parable of the Sower that God expects us to multiply the little we have, not by giving it away and expecting God to magically multiply it back to us 10-fold (as many pastors preach), but by multiplying it through our investments and hard work.

TEACHING EDUCATIONAL 7.) How is Christcentered meditation viewed in different education models? Meditation is not part of the learning process. Meditation is given lip service; almost no churches have a formal program to teach it; none compare and identify the best (Christ-centered) way to meditate. Meditation is not an integral part of learning within traditional Christianity. The method of meditation given to me by God, Christ-Centered, Glory2Glory, Transforming Meditation (CC-G2G-TM) is as vitally important to our learning and empowerment as the air we breathe! CC-G2G- TM relieves stress, helps couples forgive and heal, provides access to the wisdom and revelational power of God s living Spirit Word, and is a powerful problem-solving tool for everyday living! CC-G2G-TM allows its practitioners to enter God s kingdom within, to perceive the realm of Spirit, to directly communicate with God, to discern the difference between their own inner voice and God s voice, to receive knowledge and wisdom far beyond the ability of mankind s sense-based mind to receive, and to enter the Abiding Oneness, whereby the meditator is able to be united with God s Perspective, God s Purposes, and to share in the receipt and distribution of God s Power to others.

TEACHING EDUCATIONAL 8.) Are life-skills such as budgeting, time management, research & study habits, interpersonal skills, and character development taught? Life skills, such as budgeting, time management, research & study habits, interpersonal skills, & character development are rarely taught until College. Life skills, such as budgeting, time management, research & study habits, interpersonal skills, & character development are rarely taught until College. We will be adding life skills courses and make them available to all members, with special emphasis on providing no-cost access for our young adult members and young adults of parents who are members. One paying family member is all that s needed to provide access to all courses for all members of one household. As more of our members choose to start homebased businesses as course developers, we intend to help them create a large number of life skills courses, appropriate for both children and young adults (13 & older). The ability to provide all your children with free access to these courses will go a long way towards fulfillment of God s command to Train up a child in the way they should go, and when they are old they will not depart from it. (Proverbs 22:6).

TEACHING EDUCATIONAL 9.) What is each education model s belief regarding Christ s statement about all believers being taught by God? The idea of God being a teacher isn t even on their radar. Christian schools and colleges do not believe, nor do they teach, that believers are to be taught by God. We believe the words of Jesus in John 6:45, And they shall ALL be taught by God. This is in keeping with the outline for God s New Covenant given in Hebrews 8:10-11, This is the covenant that I will make says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord,' for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them.. Christ s words about being taught by God are also in keeping with John s words in 1 John 2:27, But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.
