Page Two St. Theodore s Church, Rochester, New York There are many components to youth ministry and it is our hope to provide an opportunity for all parish youth to get involved. We have a junior high program for grades 6-8 and a senior high program for grades 9-12. Some of the components we will offer for both programs will be Spiritual to reflect on Christian values and morals, Social to have a chance to 'hang out' with friends in a safe and friendly environment and Service to offer opportunities to help others in our parish and community, especially those less fortunate than us. UPCOMING YOUTH GATHERINGS Grades 6-8: Friday, November 11, 7:00-9:00 p.m. Grades 9-12: Sunday, November 13, 12:00-2:00 p.m. Tweens and teens are invited to "hang out" with their friends, have fun, share their faith and of course, have food! If you haven't seen our youth rooms before, you won't want to miss this open house and if you have been here before, we hope you will join us again. You will get a chance to check out the Recreation Room with a ping pong table, air hockey and foosball tables, and our Gathering Room with sofas and chairs to sit and talk to your friends and DDR (dance, dance revolution) or board games. Bring your friends! We will also decide on our first social event for the year. Parent volunteers are needed to help chaperone these gatherings.
