The universe declares your praise: beyond the stars, beneath the sea, within each cell, with every breath. We praise you, O God. Leader: Generations bless your faithfulness: through the water, by night and day, across the wilderness, out of exile, into the future. We bless you, O God. Leader: We give you thanks for your dear Son: at the heart of human life, near to those who suffer, beside the sinner, among the poor, with us now. We thank you, O God. Hymn Seek Ye First lafferty Leader: The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. And also with you. 3

Prayer of the Day Leader: Gracious and Holy God, Give us diligence to seek you, wisdom to perceive you, and patience to wait for you. Grant us, O God, a mind to meditate on you, eyes to behold you, ears to hear your Word, a heart to love you, and a life to proclaim you, through the power of your son Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen Lesson Romans 12:9-13 Let love be genuine; hate what is evil, hold fast to what is good; love one another with mutual affection; outdo one another in showing honor. Do not lag in zeal, be ardent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope, be patient in suffering, persevere in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the saints; extend hospitality to strangers. WE INVITE CHILDREN TO DOCK AT THIS TIME Please make sure your child is wearing a nametag with name and grade level. ************* See FRONT OF INSERT for Pickup Locations ************** Anthem Amazing Grace arr. Leader: Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually. 4

Holy Gospel Luke 6:37-38 Glory to you, O Lord. Jesus said, Do not judge, and you will not be judged; do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven; give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap; for the measure you give will be the measure you get back. Praise to you, O Christ. Installation of Pastoral Interns Erin Morris Carolyn Staats Jenny Sung Sacrament of Holy Baptism 10:30 Abigail Jean Nolan Daughter of Trisha and Matthew Nolan Maxwell David Young Son of Mary and David Young Porter Paul Gibbons Son of Emily and Thomas Gibbons Apostles Creed I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen 5
