God could answer, Then you would be doing this...

March 2007 Dear Friend, Probably one of the most misunderstood attributes of God would be His sovereignty, especially when it comes to the will of man. In His sovereignty, God knows exactly what you will be doing ten years from now, yet it is still up to you as to what that will be. God has the power to calculate what will happen even to the end of your life. With every changing thought you have, He can tell you exactly what you will be doing ten years from now, twenty years from now, all the way until the time you go home to be with Him. BUT IT IS STILL UP TO YOU AS TO WHAT THE OUTCOME WILL BE. You are the one who decides. If somebody asked, What if I married Jane? God could answer, Then you would be doing this... And what if I married Susie? Then this is what you would be doing...! So how do you change your destiny? You do it by changing the way you think. By letting the Holy Spirit do His work in you and begin to transform your mind by the renewing of it to the Word of God and truth. Like Paul said in Romans 12:2: And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. There is a lot of knowledge in the world facts that are truth, information that is valid but there is only one truth that is absolute, infallible, and unchanging. That is the Word of God. Let me give you a real-life illustration of God s sovereignty, a person s will, and how changing your thinking can change your destiny. There is a woman at The Family Prayer Center, here in Tulsa, who was raised in a church with her brothers and sisters while growing up. We would say

she was raised under the pew. Although she continued to serve God, her brother never did and had never been born again. Years later both she and her brother lived in the same town, and one day, her brother s house caught on fire. She rushed over only to find that he had died in the fire. Let me tell you that several years before this happened, I had broken into a level of private worship that drastically affected my understanding of how much God loved people. Armed with this understanding, I was able to aggressively turn people over to God to be saved. We have a prayer box on the altar of our church, and this woman called her brother s name out to God for salvation and put his name in the prayer box. Well, she arrived at her brother s house just after her sister. To their knowledge, their brother was not saved when he died and it was not until she talked to her sister that she found out something that brought them both comfort. The fire marshal introduced them to one of the neighbors who told them that they had been having Bible studies in their home and their brother had been attending them. Two weeks before the fire, their brother had been led in the sinner s prayer and had been born again! Because God was able to affect this woman s thinking, she was able to change her brother s destiny through her faith, which gave God something to work with in her brother s life, which changed his eternity. She believed that her brother would not be lost, and she was right; God saved him. The question came up, if God had saved him, why didn t He deliver him from the fire? What God did was scanned to the end of her brother s life, examining every changing thought he had to try to find a way to rescue him. In a supreme act of mercy and grace, God received him into Heaven because, even though God wanted to rescue him from the fire, He could not because He could not find enough in the man to do it with. There was a good chance her brother would have gone back into the world, not wanting to return to God. So God ended up receiving him into Heaven. He did not TAKE him. God had nothing to do with the fire, but He was there FOR him when it happened. The man s sister was believing God that her brother would not be lost; the only alternative God had to guarantee his entry into Heaven was TO RECEIVE HIM THEN! That is why it is so important to pray for unsaved people, especially our loved ones. When you pray for someone, you are giving God what He needs to begin to send laborers across their path to help change their thinking so that He can come in through His mercy and grace to change their destiny. -2-

When it comes to affecting your own thinking and changing your future, praying in tongues is such a powerful tool that frees the Holy Spirit to move for you on the level of your understanding. The Holy Spirit is your inoculation against deception. He does not just move on your thinking, He moves on your understanding. There are no barriers He cannot transcend cultural, educational, or otherwise that can stop the Holy Spirit from revealing truth to you. He is the Spirit of Truth. Can you imagine how powerfully God could change your destiny by changing your thinking? Well, tongues for personal edification is a REVELATION GIFT! You cannot pray in tongues, not even an hour, without Him moving on your mind with the mystery that you prayed, setting the patterns of thought and your destiny. We can see the impact of this revelation gift on a broader scope by looking at the early church. When we think about these believers, we automatically visualize the congregation sitting in the service holding their Bibles, but that is not so. They were blessed to get Old Testament scriptures from the local synagogue and have the pastor teach on the scriptures that proved Jesus was indeed the very Christ. Most people could not even read anyway. Revelation knowledge was conveyed from pastor to congregation, from person to person. They had no Bible to take home with them, but God wanted that to change. Out of all the New Testament books, Paul wrote fourteen of the twentyseven over half! No wonder he said this about his personal prayer life: I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all (1 Corinthians 14:18)! Because Paul prayed in tongues so much, God was able to use him to write epistles that significantly helped establish church doctrine. Once again, PRAYING IN TONGUES IS A REVELATION GIFT. When you pray in tongues, all three members of the Godhead get involved. When the Holy Spirit stepped into your born-again spirit, the first thing He wanted to do was pray the mind of Christ for you. That is why Paul said, If I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth... (1 Corinthians 14:14). Paul was talking about his human spirit. The Holy Spirit created the language in Paul s spirit so that it would be Paul praying. It had to be his spirit because he was using Paul s authority. So the Holy Spirit was creating the language to pray what was in the mind of Christ. In other words, the third Person of the Godhead (the Holy Spirit) supplies the language to pray the plan of God for you that is in the second Person of the Godhead s (Christ s) mind. The first Person of the Godhead, Jehovah (our Father), receives and answers the prayer. So one member of the Godhead is doing the praying, one is supplying the prayer, and the other one is answering the prayer. But what are we praying? -3-

For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue SPEAKETH NOT UNTO MEN, BUT UNTO GOD... howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. 1 Corinthians 14:2 The mysteries the Holy Spirit is praying has to do with the mystery of everything Christ is in you the plan for your life, the understandings of everything Christ is in you, to you, and through you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:26,27). Every time you finish praying a mystery up before God, the Holy Spirit will begin to move on the inside of you to cause you to understand the revelation of not only God s Word, but also His personal plan for your life. The prophecies in this letter can also affect your thinking and, therefore, affect your destiny. Pray in tongues, assimilate the Word of God, and assimilate these prophecies. Prophecies Received at The Family Prayer Center Tulsa, Oklahoma PT070128A Jan 28, 2007 Be Counted With Those Who Are Strong So much to be said and not too many to hear; how is it that I can speak the things of meat when many of My children are on milk? Know you not that there are places for you to walk where My communication will be to some as though they have been matured in My love? Through the ages, much of the understandings about Me have been hidden from those who walked in the lack of My love. Therefore, forgive; rise up and be counted with those who are strong. Be counted with those who are strong, for great days lie ahead. But know this also, that before any major move takes place, there is much shifting, much moving around, both in the planet that labors in imperfection and in My Body, and in the world. Pay attention to the news. You will see major moves against Me, saith the Lord, but maintain, for greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. [1 John 4:4] Comments Concerning the interpretation that was just given, listen to these instructions: Tim had pulled up in the yard and I had just been in the house and He was talking to me God was. Tim pulled up and I went out; he was the first one I saw, so I got to blurt out what He said to me. In fact, this is what He told me to say, for part of the equipping, in the interpretation just now. The thing He said in tongues is: Pay attention to the interpretation, and then in helping to equip you, He said something He told me the other day that was the other part of the tongues just then, so I switched to telling you that. So I had run out and I said, Tim, He just told me I m going to have an opportunity to reach levels in Him that like this opportunity had been dropped in my lap to reach levels in Him that I had never walked in. I m thinking Oh, this is going to be so great! Then when He finished talking to me, He said, This opportunity of yours is to maintain that level of joy through what s beginning to happen to you. I said, Oh? That s an opportunity? Man s best effort cannot come close to My plan, for the supernatural element will be here in every direction. Not only will My power manifest itself in Tulsa, but My power will manifest itself in other places. And I am beginning to gather now for this next place that I am bringing you to. PT070128D Jan 28, 2007 Give the Holy Spirit His Place in This Outpouring In this outpouring of truth, soundness, and doctrine, as more and more understand My Word, you will understand My ways, for Who is it that I sent to set your path? Who is it that I sent to be your Teacher, and how is it that so many went astray and took not the path on which I reveal My understandings and My truths? There are many, many in this city that sit in desire of knowledge of Me, not only My knowledge, but their heart is set to understand My ways. As I merge truth with media, many, many of those things will be solved as people wake up to My Word and begin to walk down the path that I have put them on. Know you not that My outpouring in this city will also constitute truth, as powerfully as My signs and wonders. But oh, like the early days of My outpourings, My desire is for the Holy Spirit to be given His place in this outpouring. So hear this: There will be a day when you will see so many people being filled with the Spirit here that it will be hard to number them. But know you not that I esteem the multitudes not over the individual? For to Me, every individual is an eternity to be esteemed. Concerning the works of My hands, command Me, for even in prophecy I spoke of a great day when every man could know Me, from the least to the greatest. No more would you have to depend upon others, and Law, and sacrifices, but you can know Me, from the least to the greatest, for I will walk in you, and I will give you My understandings. PT070204A Feb 4, 2007 Nothing Has the Power to Stop You There is no need or reason that you should condemn yourself, for your weaknesses are overcome the same way. Why condemn yourself? over to Me and I will work My grace in you. Why do you limit yourself? For when you limit yourself, then you put the limits on how far you will go. Why do you take that which is around you as something than can overpower you? Hear what the Spirit would say: Wherever you are walking, do not stay there. Wherever you are walking, you do not have to stay there. All you have to do is enact what I have given to you. At first, your strength will be measured by how faithful you are in the midst of the problem, but that will give way to victories and more victories and My power. So stay on the path, and know that nothing has the power to stop you. PT070204B Feb 4, 2007 Walking Down the Path of Edification Given your new nature, who is it that can teach you and cause you to understand the things of God? Who is it? Who is it? Who can give you understanding of truth that already exists? When you prepare things out ahead of you through edification, then when you walk down that path, those things that were not behind you then, they fall back behind you. And then does it free Me, saith the Lord, instead of taking you back around in a circle, to deliver you to the next part that I have for you. So listen, and know, do any of you lack in favor? Do any of you lack in treatment that I would treat you or do for you different than I would anyone else? Will My power operate in you to the same degree in understanding and leadership, as they would through those whom you think I have special blessings upon? Hear what the Spirit would say: Each and every one of you is called to fill a measure, a ministry in the Body of Christ, and I will reveal that to you as you prepare the path ahead. Do I not drop those things in you that many times you cannot understand? You have to REACH to understand what I have and what I am doing. At these times, you should open yourself up to the Teacher whom I have given unto you, for He will lead you out so He can lead you in. PT070204C Feb 4, 2007 The Authority of the Believer I give you power over all the power of the enemy, over principalities and powers, and rulers of the darkness of this world, spiritual wickedness in high places. [Luke10:19] I give you authority over them all, therefore walk in it. Remind him, when he is invading, whose space he is invading and order him out. Didn t I say you could pull the strongholds down, including the strongholds of the system of thoughts and reasonings? Comments God is reminding me: What I said before, I say again. Reminding me: More than ever before, when all of a sudden, your whole atmosphere changes for no reason, the reason it changes is because he [the devil] wants to introduce something he wants you to receive and then operate in it receive the emotions and the positioning of it. When all of a sudden your atmosphere changes -3-

and you are doing nothing, doing nothing wrong, there is no reason for it, driving down the roads, in your house and, all of a sudden, an emotional war that is so strong you would think it is tangible somebody standing there. But I have news for you it is. When He [God] first made me to realize, and to get it inside of me in an image, I had to address it as though it was a person: I know you are in here, so I am addressing you. And because He was leading me to do that, the whole atmosphere changed in a minute. It just changed like day and night, and made me know that those things come to get you to receive something that you will develop and try to live in. Now that the authority is here that He mentioned, those strongholds, this is the part He wanted me to tell you: When [the devil] invades your space, to pull those strongholds down you need to address it, remind him what Jesus gave you, and then you would go way beyond the strong suggestion and order him out. As I continue to direct, some of you have been wondering why, and some of you have quit wondering. You just accepted the defeat, not knowing why, yet, accepting it and not finding out. For all that the enemy has and all that your flesh has, everything that I did at the Cross is more than enough; therefore, do not accept defeat easily. Stand up and want to know, for I am here to teach you, saith the Lord. Do not stay where you are because of complacency. I will answer any question your heart holds up in My Presence that is keeping you from moving on into victory. When I move in prophecy and interpretation, then I will bring My mind to the level of the problem and address it. This is why that in structures where truth in not revealed, things never change. But as you go from glory to glory in Me, know you not, that is the trail to freedom? First, you will hear it as distant thunder. But know it will get closer, closer unmistakably in direction. For there are things I will do, there are things I will do with an overpowering manifestation. It will be so pronounced and dominant that, suddenly, many, many people that were not getting anything seemed to begin to receive it at the same time. One of the things that is slated for change is, in the fullness of the doctrine and media I fully plan, as this gains momentum, to do many, many of those miracles of inheritance and outpouring of My finances upon you. -4-
