Sadguru Humanitarian Awards - Retina Update(9 th -11 th March, 2018) Continuing with the legacy, this time again, Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya, Chitrakoot Conducted Sadguru Conclave 2018 Retina update from March 9-11, 2018. The international Conference on Retina was attended by renowned faculty ncluding Dr. Giacomo A. Panozzo from Italy, Dr. Ramesh Shah from America & other Stalwarts across India for a two day Scientific feast.on the occasion of Golden Jubilee year of trust, Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya conferred Sadguru Humanitarian award and Sadguru medals to the legends who made a substantial contribution in the field of Ophthalmology. 2
An Awareness Programme on Hand Hygiene 5 th January 2018 An awareness programme was conducted at Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya, Sh ri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, on 5 th Jan 2018. Research Methodology & Statistics workshop 13 th 14 th January 2018 A Two day workshop on `Research Methodology & statistics was conducted at Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya, SSSST, Chitrakoot on January 13 & 14, 2018. Dr. Ahmed Mostafa Hassan Abdelrahaman s visit 24 th -25 th February 2018 Dr. Ahmed Mostafa Hassan Abdelrahaman, MD, Professor of Ophthalmology, Cairo University, Egypt, visited Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya (SNC), Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust (SSSST), Chitrakoot for a two day hospital based program from 24th to the 25th of February, 2018. Sadguru Conclave - Retina Update 9 th 10 th March, 2018 An international conference on Retina was organized at Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya, Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, Chitrakoot from March 9-11, 2018.On March 10, 2018, eminent personalities like Dr. Giacomo Pannozzo from Italy, Dr. Amod Gupta, Ex-Director - Advanced Eye Centre from PGI, Chandigarh, Dr. Alok Sen, Medical Superintendent, Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya from Chitrakoot spoke on the various aspects of Retina.A cultural programme was also organized in the evening. Sadguru Alumni Meet - Retina Update 11 TH March, 2018 An international conference on Retina was organized at Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya (SNC), Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust (SSSST),Chitrakoot from March 9-11, 2018. A grand Alumni Meet was held where various members of the alumni shared their most cherished e xperiences and played interesting games. A fun ramp walk was carried out by the Doctors along with their spouses. In the evening, an exciting day & night Cricket Match was played between two teams of Doctors. 6

JKC has given incentive to motivators tomotivate the cases of Tubectomy & Vasectomy. 34 Patients were operated by Visiting Surgeon Dr.R.S. Tripathi, district hospital, Satna & Dr. Poonam Advani, CMO, JKC. Laproscopic Tubectomy camp 7 th February Laproscopic Tubectomy Camp was organised on 7 th February 2018 at JANKIKUND CHIKITSALAYA, Chitrakoot. 23 patients were operated by visiting Surgeon Dr. R. S. Tripathi, district hospital, SATNA & Dr. Poonam Advani, CMO, JKC. Neurology Camp Clinic 9 th February 2018 Neurology camp clinic was organized on 9th Feb 2018 at JANKIKUND CHIKITSALAYA, Chitrakoot. 28 patients were screened & treated as OPD Patients by Prof. V.N. MISHRA, Chief Neurologist, Institute of Medical Sciences (BHU), Varanasi. 7
Fistula Camp 16 TH - 17 TH February 2018 A two day Fistula Camp (Bhagander Camp) was organised from February 16 to 17, 2018 at Jankikund Chikitsalaya, Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, Chitrakoot. Around 26 patients were operated by Dr. Bharatdev Murari from Rajkot (Gujarat) World Tuberculosis Day 24 th March 2018 On World Tuberculosis Day (March 24, 2018) Jankikund Chikitsalaya raised public awareness about the devastating health, social and economic consequences of tuberculosis (TB) and to step up efforts to end the global TB epidemic. The emergence of multidrug-resistant TB (MDR-TB) poses a major health security threat and could risk gains made in the fight against TB. 8

Essay competition organised by United Nations Organisation 11 th March 2018 An essay competition was organized by United Nations Organisation in which Master Adarsh Shukla of Class 11th of Vidyadham higher Secondary School, Chitrakoot secured first position in his zone & fifth position in India. District Magistrate, Chitrakoot and District Education officer congratulated & awarded Adarsh Shukla on his Superb achievement. 10

Members of Sadguru family sang lots of bhajans together, recited Ramanayan Chaupais, played colors and performed garbha. The main event was food Upnayan Sanskar 28 th March 2018 Upnayan Sanskar of 150 students of Shri Ram Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya was performed followed by Yagna by Shri Umashankerji Vyas, Smt. Usha Jain and Dr. B. K. Jain. Punyatithi of Param Pujya Gurudev 29 th March 2018 Paduka Poojan of Gurudev Param Pujya Ranchhoddasji Maharaj was performed with great devotion at Raghubir Mandir by Dr. B. K. Jain, Director & Trustee, Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, along with Smt. Usha Jain, Chairperson, Sadguru Shiksha Samiti and Dr. Elesh Jain, Administrator, Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya. Inauguration of Premium OPD at SSNC Anandpur: 4 th January 2018 Extension to the existing facility at SadguruSankalp Netra Chikitsalaya, Anandpur in the form of Premium OPD wasinaugurated on 4th January 2018 by Dr. Vishnu Jobanputra, Director & Trustee SSSST and Smt Bharti Bahan Jobanputra in delightful presence of Su. Bharti Bahan Ahya, Shri Mahendra Bhai Dattani and other guru bhai-bahans and staff. The new addition will promote high quality clinical services and will provide an enhanced reception and waiting area. Closing Ceremony of Camp organized in Collaboration with Shri Sadguru Seva Setu Parivar Rajkot: 13th Jan 2018 Annual Eye Camp in collaboration with Shri Sadguru Seva Setu Parivar Rajkot organized from 27th November 2017 concluded on 13th January 2018. Director & Trustee SSSST, Dr. Vishnu Jobanputra felicitated Shri Mahendrabhai Dattani and all the members of Shri Sadguru Seva Setu Parivar Rajkot for their valuable contribution. Record 12,985 ophthalmic surgeries were performed during the camp. 18
101st Shri Tara Netradaan Yagya: 5th February 2018 The 101st Shri Tara Netradaan Yagya was inaugurated with great enthusiasm and joy at Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, Anandpur on 5th February 2018. Symbolic Flag was hoisted after Guru-Pujan by Dr. Vishnu Jobanputra, Trustee SSSST in delightful presence of gurubhai- bahans and members from sadguru family. Dr. Vishnu Jobanputra honoured everybody present at the occasion by pinning special badges. The first eye camp at Anandpur under the banner Shri Tara Netradaan Yagya was organized in 1982. Inauguration of Modular Operation Theatres: 13th February 2018 Newly constructed Operation Theatre complex at Sadguru Sankalp Netra Chikitsalaya (SSNC), Anandpur was inaugurated by Mr. Vishad P. Mafatlal, Chairman SSSST on 13th February 2018. The theatres will be one of its kind in Madhya Pradesh and are equipped with state of the art equipments and facilities. Trustees of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust (SSSST) were present at the inaugural function along with Gurubhai-bahans and staff. Through these operation theatres high quality clinical services will be made available to the rural population. 19
National Youth Day Celebrated at Anandpur: 12th January 2018 The birthday of Swami Vivekanand which is observed as National Youth Day was celebrated at Shri Sadguru Sankalp Sanskrit Ved Vidya Peeth Anandpur on 12th January. Children from Sanskrit Pathshala performed Surya Namaskar and enchanted Vaidic Mantras on the occasion. Smt. Bhartibahan Jobanputra was present at the function along with the Acharyas. Republic Day Celebrations: 26 th January 2018 69 th Republic Day was celebrated by Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, Anandpur. The tricolor flag was hoisted at Shri Sadguru Sankalp Higher Secondary School (Smt. Sushilaben Arvindbhai Mafatlal H.Sec. School) by Dr. Vishnu Jobanputra, Director and Trustee of SSSST in delightful presence of Smt Bhartibahan Jobanputra and Sadguru family. Various cultural events were organized wherein the school children participated and got praised by the audience for their performance. Swarn-Jayanti Shobha Yatra: 4th February 2018 Hanuman Mandir. A grand Shobha-Yatra on the occasion of Golden Jubilee Year of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust was organized on 4th February 2018 at Anandpur with great enthusiasm and devotion. Hundreds of devotees from all walks of life participated in the Shobha Yatra along with sadguru family. Preachings of Param Pujya Gurudev were displayed in the Yatra which passed through various parts of Anandpur and culminated at Shri Ramdas 20
Shri Ramkatha Kalash-Shobha Yatra: 4th February 2018 Shri Ramkatha Kalash- Shobha Yatra from Prarthna Bhawan to Shri Ramdas Hanuman Mandir was organized with great enthusiasm on 4th February 2018 at Anandpur. The Yatra was lead by Dr. Vishnu Jobanputra, Director & Trustee SSSST Anandpur and Smt. Bharti Bahan Jobanputra. Gurubhai-bahans and members from sadguru family participated in the yatra. Musical Ramayan Paath and Shri Shiv Puran Katha is conducted from 5th-13th February 2018 at Gurumani, Shri Ramdas Hanuman Mandir by Shri Harishbhai Shastri (Mumbai) and Shri Ishwarbhai Shastri (Gondal). Kavi Sammelan at Anandpur: 9th February 2018 Under the Golden Jubilee Celebrations, a mega Kavi Sammelan Shabd Mahotsav was organized at SSSST Anandpur on 9th February 2018. Shri Sandeep Shazar (Delhi); Su. Sonal Jain (Surat) and Dr. Swapnil Sagar Jain (Vidisha) recited extraordinary poetries before the audience. Bhajan-Sandhya at Anandpur: 10 th February 2018 A Bhajan Sandhya was organized at SSNC, Auditorium on 10th February 2018. Smt Beenabahan Desai and Shri Hiteshbhai Shukla presented melodious Bhajans. Trustees of SSSST Dr. Vishnu Jobanputra and Shri Goverdhan Upadhyay enjoyed devotional music along with Gurubhai-bahans from across the country. The program was coordinated by Shri Parthbhai Sejpal. Felicitation of Gurubhai-bahans: 13 th February 2018 Various Gurubhai-bahans who supported the development activities of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust were felicitated by the Chairman, Shri Vishad P. Mafatlal on 13th February 2018 at Anandpur. Shri Goverdhan Upadhyay, who was nominated as a Trustee by Param Pujya Gurudev himself, was also felicitated on the occasion for completing 50 years with the trust by trustees Shri N.B. Lohani and Dr. B.K. Jain. A book on precepts of Param Pujya Gurudev titled Purposeful Life compiled by Shri N.B. Lohani, Trustee was also released at the function. Ramkatha Yagya and Bhandara at Anandpur: 14 th February 2018 Ramayan Paath and Shivpuran Katha was conducted at Shri Ramdas Hanuman Mandir from 5th -13th February 2018 by Shri Harishbhai Shastri and Shri Ishwarbhai Shastri. On purn-ahuti, in delightful presence of Chairman Shri Vishadbhai Mafatlal, a BHANDARA was organized on 14th February 2018 wherein more than 5000 people took Prasada. Shri Hanuman Janmotsav Celebrations at Anandpur: 31 st March 2018 Shri Hanuman Janmotsav was celebrated on 31st March 2018 with great joy, reverence and worship at SSSST Anandpur. Special Aarti was performed at Shri Ramdas Hanuman Mandir at 5:00 AM in presence of Dr. Vishnu Jobanputra, Director and Trustee SSSST; Smt Bharti Bahan Jobanputra and members fromsadguru family. A Bhandara on the occasion was also organized at Shri Mahabali Maruti Nandan, Kaharpura which was attended by Trustees of SSSST Shri Goverdhan Upadhyay; Shri N.B. Lohani; and Dr. Vishnu Jobanputra. More than 5000 people took Prasada at the Bhandara. 23
