FPU is Coming to Faith Lutheran on July 25th!!! I am excited to announce that my wife, Susan, and I will host a 9-week Financial Peace University (FPU) course for members and for our community starting Wednesday, July 25 th, at 6:30pm! As graduates of this course, we ve already realized many of its benefits and desire to help others. We also look forward to meeting many couples/individuals who are new to our Faith family. In addition, the LCMS recently reviewed this program (https://www.lcms.org/document.fdoc?src=lcm&id=4921). Please read the preface below. Sign-ups are open online and we will share additional information with you as it becomes available. We need 3 Thrivent members to request and allocate $250 from their Thrivent Action Plan fund account by June 15th (yes, there is free money from Thrivent - $250-2x s/ year) for our outreach into the community! This will help us to provide refreshments, pay for child care, and assist in advertising to our community.
