As we celebrate A century of Service we are thankful for guidance and love, and your commitment that makes it possible to continue the Legacy of the Young peoples Division. We salute the Youth of the East Tennessee Conference YPD as they put to use their talent and abilities in service to the Lord. We appreciate their willingness to serve in every task ask of them. We pray God guidance and strength as they continue to Go, Glow, and Grow for Christ. Keeping it 100 as they lead us into the next Next Century of Global Service. Activities October 2014 Attended 13 th District Planning Meeting Hotel Preston Nashville, TN November attended Presiding Elders planning meeting, Warren Chapel Chattanooga, TN December attended East Tennessee Conference WMS Executive Board meeting. Bethel Chattanooga January- Attended District Conference & Founders Day Celebration, Bethel Chattanooga, TN 1

February Souper Bowl Of Caring was observed by the Youth throughout the Conference which supported Charities in the local Communities. March -District YPD Retreat- Presented work shop God don't make no junk. Represented the Conference in a talent Show along with Pam Younger Area IV YPD Director with a Praise dance Every praise April attended the WMS retreat at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Memphis, Tn May attended the East Tennessee Conference Lay Luncheon Henry Horton State Park, Chapel Hill, Tn Self denial week Celebrated with Area providing Service projects in their Community June Church school Convention- Presented Lesson Help wanted YPD had 100 Year celebration Banquet with a Salute to past and Present Leader of the YPD WMS from 1908- present. YPD Directors 1952- present July attended the 18 th WMS & YPD quadrennial Convention July 12-21, 2015 Indianapolis, In Theme: keeping it 100, Celebrating a Century of Service Quadrennial Delegation Maya Rodgers, President, Delegates Keeley Smith & Tiana Younger and Megan Gilbert Alternate. Service: Each Area had a service projects, which included Caroling in the Nursing home and provided Christmas gifts, providing free Christmas gift wrapping and served Hot chocolate to the Community. Provided items for Omens shelter. Hosting Accomplishments: Youth Participated in a panel discussion during the district Conference, and gave speeches about our Church history during the Founders day celebration Scholarship awarded to Robin Brown, Kentoria Alexander, and Azarria Landers Denial Denial was celebrated with 14 entries in the Poster contest 2-6 yrs Jayden Daniels 1 st place Karada Hockett 2 nd place. Ages 7-12 1 st place Asia Jackson, 2 nd place Damien Jackson, 3rd place Carman Johnson Self Denial was Celebrated in each Area by providing Service projects in each Local Communities. Delegates from the Quadrennial competed in Bible Bowl, AME Church Jeopardy, and Debate team. Special thanks to the Area and Local YPD Directors for their dedication and support throughout the conference year. There is no I in teamwork. I am very appreciative of your willingness to work together to aide the work of the Young People's Division. As we press forward we solicit your continued prayers as we pledge our time and talents to the welfare of humanity using the bible as our guide, and to continue to build our division to higher heights all to Gods glory.
