He will fix those problems that you cannot solve. He will heal that burden that you cannot bare. Weeping may endure for a night but joy will come in the morning. Take it to Jesus and leave it there. Whatever your problem is take it to Jesus. Whatever your burdens are take it to Jesus. Take it to Jesus and leave it there. Take it, take it to Jesus. Take it to the Lord. take it to the master. He knows how to work it out. He knows how to solve your problems. He is a burden barer. Take it to Jesus. Lean on Jesus. Jesus will work it out. Message: Today is Sunday and this is the day that Jesus rose from the dead. And everyone must realize that God said everything that hath breath to praise the Lord. When you come to this church, every person here has the opportunity to fulfill scripture. It did not say everything that is saved, but everything that has breath praise the Lord. Do not put anybody above God. Do not wait until we dismiss and everybody start talking. And you was quiet during church service. Then you are putting that person above God. There is not one person on this earth that I would put between myself and God. Today I want to bring your attention to the book of Isaiah and chapter number 9 and verse number 6 and we are going to talk about the one God. There are people that have two gods and some three, but all true apostolics believe in one. And I am apostolic to the bone and we have received many calls. We do have at the end of the broadcast the price of the videos and cassettes. (For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting father, The prince of Peace). This scripture that we have here tells every person that would be a child born and that child would grow to become thirty years old. Because in Israel a son was not a son until he turned thirty. Now it says that child was born a son was given. And when we speak of birth and of sonship, we speak of humanity. There are people that call the Son of God say that Mary s baby was Mary s God. Mary can not have a God. So the humanity of Jesus, we traced his ancestors back to
Adam, but you can trace God back to eternity. But the same individual that was given, he rose up out of the grave. God raised the dead body that died for us from the grave. And it said all power is given unto me in heaven and earth. That is why it says the government shall be upon his shoulders. Who? The son that was given was the same father that rose. The universal God. That is why I am Jesus only. If the government shall be upon his shoulders there is one governor that is universal that governor is God. And it said his name. Now these are titles but it is the same person shall be called God. Now this word, wonderful. No one can explain how the child was born and he became a man and died. They took his blood out. Of human nature was blood and spirit. He did not have any life in him. But he rose up out of the grave. You know what it said before? They didn t kill him because he was an eternal human being. What made him eternal? He did not have any sin in his nature and sin produce death. So in order for him to die divinity had to step back. Because sin separated a man from God. When divinity stepped back it left a human nature with a human body and god inputted sin of the whole world in that body. He bared our sins. Now if God had not inputted sin he was sinless, he could not die. But when he imputed sin, the wages of sin is death so the sinless Christ died under the penalty of sin so that we could be saved and raised up. See the devil had the power of death. So when he raised up and said all power in heaven and earth is given unto me. Now how can there be a Holy Ghost and a father separate from this God. An one with out natural life could not fan him out. That is why we have all of these religious people trying to figure out who Jesus was and they are trying to talk about a God they have never seen. So God left this on record before we got here. Now some of you sitting here do not have revelation. You do not need it just read the bible and it will tell you what it is saying. It is telling you the one that is born is the one that was given and the one that was given rose from the dead for the government on his shoulders. Now he said his name should be counsellor. A counsellor is an attorney. You do not need a preacher or pastor that says he is between you and god because everyone can go to him for himself because he is our knowledge. He rose from the grave and when he rose up, he died as a lamb and rose as a high priest. In the book of Hebrew chapter 4 and verse number 15 it says we have not a high priest that cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities. Now if that is the case, where is his kingdom? His kingdom will have to be universal because his saints are universal. So that is what is so wonderful about him. He who is omnipresent, we all can talk with him because he was human and divine and he knows how we feel. He knew where to scratch when you itch. He knew where to give you strength when you are weak. Now it said the government
shall be upon his shoulders. What do we need with three gods when it says the government shall be upon his shoulders? If he is running things, what do I need two more gods for? We all can go to Jesus only. Do not be ashamed because we are broadcasting. We want the world to know. We are on TV worldwide. One lord, one faith, one baptism. It says the mighty God that means almighty. See that mighty god? That is talking about that same Jesus. The everlasting father. Just turn that word everlasting into eternal. The eternal Father. Now who else can we Jesus Only people go to? I do not need any glasses to see this. Let us look at Isaiah chapter 43 and verse number 10. (Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord) Well I have to be Jesus only if I am a witness. I am not your preacher, I am his preacher. Ye are my witnesses. Do you want to know why no one has rejected me? Because you did not save me. You are not my God. (and my servant whom I have chosen) and any apostolic has to be or you are not apostolic. (that ye may know and believe me). Not all of these different preachers. (and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me). If that is the case, how can Jesus be another God? Because he was sure formed in Mary s womb. (Vs 11: I, even I, am the Lord: and beside me there is no savior). Well Jesus must be God because he sure was the one that saved us. Let us read Isaiah chapter 44 and verse number 8. I am like MC hammer, you can not touch this. (Fear ye not, neither be afraid; have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? Ye are my witnesses. Is there a god beside me? Yea, there is no God; I know not any). Now how can people that cannot even see outside of a wall see three gods and he can see everywhere and see one. He is just playing with your mind because he know you cannot see over the horizon. He said is there a god beside me? Now he has gagged you. Then he stepped back and answered his own question. (Vs 8: Yea, there is no God; I now not any) well I wonder where they get the two and three gods. Someone talking about Jesus Only is a cult. If you have more than one God then you are a cult. You are following the preacher. I do not want anybody following me. Let us look at chapter 44 and verse number 24 and tell me what this says. (Thus saith the Lord, they redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the lord that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; why are there two gods then? Stretched forth heaven how? Alone. Was he not by himself? Well is that not God only? Talk to me. Let us go to the new testament. I want you to look at the 20 chapter of the book St John and notice verse number 26. (and after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then cam Jesus, the doors being shut). No one can come through closed doors of he that made the doors., and stood in the midst, and said Peace be unto you. Vs
27: Then saith he to Thomas reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side; and be not faithless, but believing. Vs 28: And Thomas answered and said unto him, my Lord and my God). Do you think he was drunk? My lord and my god. Now look at what Jesus said to Thomas. (Vs 29: Jesus saith unto him, Thomas because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed). That I am the Lord and I am God. You was not there and I was not there so I am blessed. People say you are blessed when you get a few dollars but when you die you can not take it with you. You are blessed when you can see truth. The only amount of money you have is the amount that you spend. And you are not going to take any care with you. And you cannot take any house with you. I do not care if you are living on sugar hill. Someone else will be out there when you are dead. But you can be broke and blessed. Not everyone is going to have money. You can say you will never be broke again. Go ahead and tell that lie because you are going to be broke again. Now you are blessed when you can see this. I would preach this even if the seats were empty. When I am rejected, it makes me feel better. Because they rejected Jesus. Message Transcript Delivered By Presiding Bishop Jeremiah Reed The One God Part 2 08/05/2001 There is one body and one spirit even as ye are called in one hope of your calling. One Lord, one faith and one baptism. If there is one Lord and one faith, and he said in Revelations 21 and 8, all liars shall have their part in the lake of fire, I have to be Jesus Only. If its one Lord. All right, let us go to the old testament, Psalms 100 verse 3. Psalms 100 and verse 3, what does it say? Know ye that the Lord he is God. Did he say there is one Lord? Well who is Jesus Christ? No, Let us switch to Romans the 6 th chapter verse 11 and then come back here. What does Romans the 6 th chapter verse 11 say? Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Wait a minute, who is our Lord? Well I am Jesus Only then. You have to be alive through Jesus Christ our
Lord. Now if you do not want to claim him I will claim Jesus as my Lord. Now go back to Psalms chapter 100 verse 3. Now look at this word know. Read my lips and repeat it. Say it again. What? Wait a minute now. Who is he? The next verse. You did not make me so I do not have to preach three. And not we our. Read. We are who? Did it say his people or their people? We are his who? And what else? Well he must be our shepherd. And Psalms 23 says the Lord is our shepherd I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures. He restored my soul he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness. Help me say the Lord is! The Lord is my shepherd! If we are the sheep of his pastures he has to feed us. Thomas said my Lord and my God. And he was talking to Jesus. Can I get a witness up in here? Look at somebody and say, Reed is bad today. Lets go back to Ephesians the 4 th chapter verse 5. You are looking at me and I am looking at you. Tell me what that says. One what? Where are the other two at? What else? How is everybody right then? Hey somebody is wrong and I do not believe it is me. I know I have this right! And one baptism and that is the baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. One! All of these different religions talking about, accept the Lord in your heart as your personal savior, repeat these words after me, read this and sign it. Listen, if you are broke and someone puts a million dollars on a piece of paper and you read it and sign it, does that make you a millionaire? You are still broke. The next verse says. One what? And father of. It must be the one in Isaiah the 9 th chapter verse 6. Father of how many? Who is above. Through all and in you all. If that is the case then the Holy Ghost is the father. How many have the Holy Ghost? Then say I got it! Let us go to Revelations the 1 st chapter verse 8. You write these scriptures down and check me out. I am right and cannot be wrong. That is what makes me feel good, I cannot be wrong. The reason these folks get mad at me because I cannot be wrong. I am alpha and omega the beginning and the ending, said who? The Lord. No, a Lord. The Lord. Who do you think he was talking to here? If you have a bible, this is red letter. Anything that is red they say Jesus said. What else does it say? Which is. Which was. How are you going to get around him then? Revelations the 1 st chapter verse 18. Tell me, am I getting better? I do not need any prayer for this. You are the one that needs prayer if you cannot see it. If you cannot see it, somebody give them a pair of glasses. Tell me what does this say. Wait a minute, this must be the one back in Isaiah. Unto us a son is given and the government shall be upon his shoulders. I am he that was what? What else? If everybody has to face him you better join Jesus Only quick. Are you glad you are Jesus Only? Do you need to know Greek to see this? What about Hebrew? I am alive how long? What? When he
says amen you better stop. It is peculiar the bible never says awoman. Amen, so we need some men to stand up for Jesus Only. Can I get a man? What else does it say? Now wait a minute. Folks are trying to get smart that have never been to China trying to say that hell is nothing but the grave. When you die your spirit is not going to the grave you are going to hell if you are not saved. And folks are trying to explain hell. When you get there it is still going to be there. Nobody can keep you out of hell, but Jesus. So what do I need with two or three more Gods when this one has the keys. He said I have the keys to death. You can fall in a plain and everyone dies but you because God said not yet. And no one can keep us out of hell but Jesus. Folks talking about God is love. You die a sinner and see how much love is going to be in hell. If I can find anywhere in the bible where God put hell out I will not come to church anymore. I do not love pastoring that well. You would not see me anymore. But since I have not found any air conditioning down there. Now look at John the 8 th chapter verse 19 and you will see the answer in verse 24. Now you write this scripture down. And somebody talking about, I am going to ask my preacher. Isnt he blind? You cannot see anything and I am going to ask you. You have been hit upside the head and seeing double and I am going to ask you. John the 8 th chapter verse 19, Then said they unto him where is thy father? Where is your father at? They were trying to trap him. Jesus answered, ye neither know me, nor my Father if ye had known me ye should have known my father also. Then they told us these words and started talking about other stuff. But watch verse 24. How many are looking at this? Tell me what you see. What. You should die where? For if ye believe not that I am. He who? The father. If you believe not that I am he you should die where? Your church going is in vain. Is this bible? If you are going to have faith in God you have to have faith in the bible. They say where is your father? That was a bigot question. They were not asking for information. He said, John the 8 th chapter verse 24, I said therefore unto you that ye shall die in your sins for if ye believe not that I am he ye shall die in your sins. II Corinthians the 5 th chapter verse 19. Man I like this, because you are quiet. Tell that church mouse to go back in the corner because somebody is still here. Tell somebody wait, wait we will be out of church after while. Amen. II Corinthians the 5 th chapter verse 19, To wit that God was, where? Now I want you to understand, Jesus is his human name. Thou shalt bring forth a son and call his name Jesus. Christ hooks him into the old testament. Because the word Messiah or Christ means this is the anointed one. This is the holy one. To name Lord, lets you know he has all power so he is Jesus Christ our Lord. Do not listen to this junk that the name Jesus was a divine name, there were a whole lot of
people named Jesus, it was a common name. That is a common name among Spanish folks. But when you say Lord Jesus Christ there is only one! You have folks talking about the son was in the old testament. Then it said when God said let us make man. If he stretched forth the earth by himself the word us is God is Elohim in the Hebrew Elohim was God and they looked at that plural and put us. What makes God plural, he is the father in creation he is everywhere! The father has never been flesh but he was manifested in the flesh. Because Jesus was the mind of God. In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God. Jesus is the mind of God and shows us what God likes. God has never been a man. Somebody talking about you know God became a man. Check this out, in the old testament God appeared as an angel of the Lord as a man. Why would you think he would need to come out of a womb and act like a man. You have got to be crazy. God does not have to go in a womb and be born. He cannot be born. So, you check me out here. God was in Christ. Now while you are looking at me let me get technical. The humanity of Jesus was not God and the divinity of Jesus was not humanity so God would not mix with humanity, but God stayed in Christ! How was God in Christ? Because when you use the word Christ that means God has anointed something. Not flesh and Mary. He was born the Messiah, the anointed one. God was in Christ and Christ, Lord have mercy, Lord have mercy, united with humanity, he never became a man. God is transcended, he cannot become a part of his creation and become temporary because he is eternal. Check this out, in the River of Jordan, when he got baptized, coming up out of the water the heavens opened, he comes the Holy Ghost in the form of a dove. Now if God was already in Jesus and he did not have two natures, what does Luke the 4 th chapter verse one mean when it says Jesus being filled with the Holy Ghost? You can not fill God, because if his flesh was God, he would already be filled. Do not fool with me. When the Holy Ghost came out of heaven, if the flesh already had the Holy Ghost, what did God fill it for? I will tell you. He was anointed Christ in the River of Jordan! Now there you go with a lie, saying I said he became God in the River of Jordan. That is a lie, I said he was anointed Christ. What was anointed Christ? The flesh! That had grew up like any other man. The flesh was thirty years old. The Holy Ghost did not have any age. Check this out, Luke the 4 th chapter verse 1. God was in Christ. And if God had not, wait a minute. Luke the 4 th chapter verse 1, And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost. Did it say the Lord Christ, no. He was human and divine, but the human was not God so, the humanity was filled. Help me say filled. Do you see that word Jesus? Give me Matthew the 1 st chapter verse 21 verse. I
am good and getting better! I am on three TV stations and have to tell it. Matthew the 1 st chapter verse 21, And she shall bring forth a what, son, and thou shalt call his name what, Jesus. You can not make a son God, because a son has a mom and a dad. Talking about God the son. No, no! That is the one that was filled with the Holy Ghost. The son of God! Oh, you are getting quiet now. Stepped out of Jordan, with the power of the Holy Ghost. How many of you all believe the bible? Stop by Acts the 10 th chapter verse 38. Does anybody see this? The blind could see this if he is listening. Acts the 10 th chapter verse 38, How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost. You all are getting quiet now. God was not God of Nazareth! God is the God of heaven. In the river of Jordan God was in Christ. Do you see that word anointed? See how folks can get mixed up? When Jesus laid in the grave a dead body he was not anointed until the spirit of God entered into him and bought him out of the grave. Because you can not kill the anointing, it just steps back. Acts the 10 th chapter verse 38, How God, do you see that word God, anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with what, power. If God became a man, God could not anoint a man that was already God. Now you need this tape. Now the 3 rd Chapter of Luke verse 21, let us see when God did it. Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was what, opened. And the Holy Ghost descended. Why would it have the heaven opened if he was already the Holy Ghost. For your benefit, heaven was closed for 400 years, no revelation. The heaven opened, do you know what opened means? And when heaven opened what is the first thing that step out of heaven? You do not have to get quiet, you do not have to be afraid, you are with me. The first thing that stepped out was the Holy Ghost and there is only one Holy Ghost and that is the Father. When God pores out the Holy Ghost, the invisible makes himself visible. The anointing is the invisible making himself visible. Now watch it, like a dove upon him and a voice came from where? Heaven. Which said, thou art my beloved son. Now look at the word in not with. Look at the omni present spirit speak out of heaven and say this is my beloved son in whom what was the sons name? Jesus. Well he got in Jesus right back there. That is when God anointed Jesus. He was Jesus the Christ! I do not mind you looking at me, I know what I am talking about. Is that bible? Your faith has to be in the bible, not a man. Watch it. Raise it up. Luke 3:23 And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age. You are going to tell me the Holy Ghost was just thirty? You mean the anointing was just thirty years old? Well how is the Holy Ghost going to come out of heaven and anoint him? The reason why you have the word thirty is in Israel Hebrew had to be thirty to become a
son. So he could not go into business with his father until he was thirty. So here is, let us make man. Now you are getting quiet. And I am not talking about two Gods because the son never was a God.
