This is the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world (Jn. 1:29). This small booklet glorifies the Most Precious Blood of Jesus Christ. As by the words of St. Peter, You and me were not redeemed with corruptible things like silver or gold, but by the Precious Blood of Christ as of a lamb without blemish or flaw (1 Pet. 1:19-20), we should realize that Jesus shed His Blood for our sins. 1 2 The Israelites were set free from the slavery of Pharoh by the blood of an ordinary lamb. Likewise, we are eternally set free from Satan by the Blood of Jesus Christ. Let us make use of this prayer booklet which loudly proclaims this truth and benefit by the same. Introduction : Our sins deprive us of all the blessings which the love of the Almighty Father grants us. At this juncture, we are given the armour of victory in our hands. It is the Most Precious Blood of Jesus Christ (Rev. 12:11). Adoration to the Precious Blood is the practice of using this most powerful weapon to defeat the evil one of all his powers and to crush him under our feet. Hence we are victorious in all our earthly needs and thus inherit the eternal life (Rev. 7:9, 13, 14). Promises accomplished by the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ in the Holy Bible You are chosen for the purpose of God the Father and are made holy by His Spirit, to obey Jesus Christ and be purified by His Blood (1 Pet. 1:2). You are set free not by silver or gold, but by the costly sacrifice of Jesus Christ, who was like a lamb without blemish or flaw (1 Pet. 1:18,19). 5 6 God made peace through His Son s Blood (Col. 1:20-22). Opening Prayer Almighty God and Father, Creator of everything, who said, I am that I am, we adore, praise, worship and honour Your Holy name. You created heaven and earth by the power of Your word. Created from dust as we are, You protect and care for us as our loving Father. You are our everything. Under these situations, the evil one is waiting to cast us down (Heb.2:14,15). O Loving Father! we believe that only through the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ, we have our freedom and Victory. The Blood shed by His death on the Cross, is our refuge to face this world. Lord, in Your mercy, grant us the power, the victory and the glory of the Precious Blood.
