Mr. Piskulich said that the proposed storm sewer project, which extends northwardly frcm the Wataash Railroad right-of-way and is between Elizabeth and Barat Avenues in the City of Ferguson, is to resolve flooding and erosion problems. The City of Ferguson has requested that a priority be given and is contributing a third of the funds-. The State and Maline Creek Subdistrict are contributing the balance. H H ^ Motion made by'mr. Mr. Kaiser said that at the Kansas City Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Chief of Grants Administration asked that the District name but one person to be its authorized representative for all grant projects. There are some 12 grants pending. Mr. Flick said that since Mr. Kaiser is handling.the grants, he thpught that he should be the named representative. Lee, Bischof and him had araeetingwith the officials of the Fenton Sewer Company about acquiring their properties. There has been some progress and there vras another meeting to be held the next week. 14

The Chairman said that.the 13th and 27th of Decemtaer were the days on which the Board would normally raeet. However, historically the Board has only met once during Deceraber. After a very short discussion, it was the consensus of the Board that it would not meet on December 27th. Motion made by Mr. Rodefeld, seconded by Mr. Gento, that the meeting tae adjourned.
