Kendall, 79 Newman Steet, on the loss of his wife, and M. F. A. Nelson of l Daley Steet on the death of Miss Evans a dea fiend of the family. The Health Inspecto submitted his epot in a ccodance with Folios 2?, of the Health Inspecto's Repot Book and it was esolved that the epot be eceived and adopted. $UESTIONS NITilOUT NOTICE : Aldeman Bugle asked if anything had been done about the fence in Eskineville Road. The Mayo eplied that the Enginee had that day acquied the necessay mateial and the wok would be poceeded with immediately. Aldeman Bugle asked if he could be supplied with the cost of the econstuction of the footpath at the cone of Ed~wae Road and Lod Steet. Aldeman Geenup asked if Aldeman (Ms) Fowle could give any infomation in connection with the independent examination of Boyd Sinclai o any infomation at all on any mattes affecting the Boyd Sinclai case. :Wll's. Fowle eplied tl:a t the Ameican psychiatists would not be able to examine Boyd Sinclai, but she was hopeful that two doctos would shotly make an examination. In the meantime the Committee was still woking and doing all in thei powe to bing the case to a successful issue. - His Woship the Mayo infomed the Aldemen that the matte of steet nameplates had been i nvestigated and also that new mateial fo patching i s beillg given a tial and has so fa poved successful. Alde man Wight asked if a Committee could be appoi nted to co-opeate with the City Council ~ to have some unifomity of steet nameplates.
