SPECIAL Message: From Pastor Kevin ODOR Communication is a good thing, And good communication is a challenge. Kevin Odor SENIOR PASTOR In our attempt to keep the Canyon Ridge Family even more in the know we are offering this Year-End Report. Our financial (fiscal) year begins September 1 and ends August 31. After our financial books have closed for this past year, we thought it would be good to report back to the Ridge Family. It has been a good year and we are making progress. You'll see some brief comments from our Lead Team members, sharing what God is up to in each ministry. Last year we lived out our mission. We witnessed new chapters of how God is at work and many more life-change stories were added to the Ridge. Generosity fueled our mission. Dedicated, growing leaders and servants put hands and feet to the mission. We faced the challenges that needed to be overcome. It is right for us to reflect and be thankful. I am so grateful to our volunteer leaders. I am grateful for our staff team and how each is living out their calling with passion. We are here for this season. The need is great. The opportunity is greater. May we continue to take bold steps of faith as we bring life to everyone, everywhere, every day. KO

FINANCIALS/OPERATIONS Our Operational Team here at the Ridge finds accomplishment without being noticed. In fact, only when there is a problem is it typically noticed! We made incredible advancements in Fiscal Year 2016 with restructuring our debt, upgrading some of our student audio visual systems, and refreshing the Lone Mountain campus. Absolutely none of these things would be possible without God s grace and the growing generosity of everyone at Canyon Ridge Christian Church! STEVEN WILSON Chief Operating Officer KID s UPgrades Upgrade of our entire Kid's environments. Along with new audio/visual systems for all large and small group Gathering areas. Paint UPdates Complete update of exterior repaint of our entire campus. STATS: COFFEE This year we were able to add free coffee for weekend guests at our Lone Mountain campus. Each cup of gourmet coffee creates space and time within the weekend for people to get to know each other a little bit more. 2

Our church is sending missionaries and teams to cities and countries filled with people who are far from God. Right here in our own backyard, our Centennial Hills campus, is being used to welcome people into a relationship with Jesus who might never walk onto the Lone Mountain campus. We are being used to change lives for eternity both around the globe and right here in our own city, Las Vegas.

LIFE CHANGE/EXPERIENCE: SEE OUR GROWTH Last year was an amazing year... Our fall series, Transformed, was a transformational experience for many, many people. Over 5000 adults participated in life groups and over 350 people picked up Host Kits and invited a couple friends to join them! We continued to hear amazing stories of life-change as a result of Transformed throughout the year, and finished this year with over 3500 people in life groups. Every number has a name, every name has a story and every story matters. From the parking lot, to the 'hello' you hear walking in, or the seat you find yourself in, we believe all of it is critical to someone's first steps in their spiritual journey. Over the past year we have continued to create moments where we all can experience Jesus more and invite others along for the ride. Curtis Templeton Pastor of Connections and Weekend Experience

HOW WE CONNECT: Bringing people together Canyon Ridge is passionate about children & students joining Jesus. I know this because hundreds of families sent their children to camps this summer and the people of Canyon Ridge put thousands of dollars toward scholarships to make it possible. In addition, hundreds of volunteers serve and pray with over 1000 children and students each week. God is honoring this as we see more and more life-change every week. I can t wait to see all God has in mind for our young Ridgers this year! STUDENTS, CAMPs, and EXPERIENCES: 350 Students 120 Students 68 Students 120 Students 188 Students 1ST-3RD Grade Camp 4TH-5TH Grade Camp Sixers Mix Move 0 Students 400 Students TOTAL: 846 Students to camp Scholarships: $19,065 Drew Moore YOUTH Pastor 2015 2016 868 baptisms Mitch Harrison Executive Pastor Join Jesus. Bring Life. Everyone. Everywhere. Every Day. Our strategy in 2016 was aimed at helping our church develop a commitment to living out that mission every day and to take the life of Jesus beyond the walls of the buildings where we gather and in to the city we love. And we believe there s more ahead in the coming year as we continue to invite our friends and neighbors, our co-workers and family members to join us and we re learning to join Jesus. 6
