SERMON OUTLINE Series: Q & A with Jesus, Part 2 of 4 Jesus looked at him and, Mark tells us. (v. 21) It is a trap to begin to compare ourselves to others identify their sin we are good & they are not. Then in our zeal to be good we often become proud. And in our pride we become judgmental. we those whom God. Jesus puts all of us in the same category none is good but God alone. and Jesus us all the same. Now here comes an interesting turn in the story v. I don t take this teaching of Jesus as a principle Trust God first, even with your possessions, that is one sign of growth. Beware that leads to judgmentalness. Beware trusting your possessions rather than. Sometimes grieve where we thought we were in life, so that God can take us to where God wants us to. For mortals it is impossible, but not for God; for God things are possible. (v. 27) WORSHIP AIDS Large print bulletins, glasses, hearing devices, and kids activity packs are available.
