Tyland Baptist Church 2818 Silver Creek Drive, Tyler, Texas 75702 (903) 592-6364 May 27, 2011 To Whom It May Concern, It brings me great joy to be able to provide this letter on behalf of Allstar Restoration. Our church was completely devastated by arsonists on January 16,2010. Allstar, through our local Baptist association, requested to meet with us a day or two later. Though the smoke had literally not cleared from the remains of our building, we took the meeting. A few hours later, we agreed to hire Allstar as our general contractor. This was not a decision we entered into lightly, nor hurriedly. A number offactors played into our decision which you may find applicable to the situation in which you may now find yourself. First, Allstar brought an impressive list of references to the table. After speaking to numerous pastors and administrators of the churches on the list, I came away confident that these were the men for the job. I received testimony after testimony about how Allstar went "above and beyond" the agreement, and how - while they clearly are in the business of remodeling and construction - they never forgot that they were working on the House of God. They're professionalism and sensitivity were always present in abundance, said their references. This has held true every step of the way in our case, as well. Second, Allstar represents a vast informational resource which goes beyond the scope of simple construction matters. In the early going, we were quite confused and overwhelmed by the insurance process. Allstar's management team has years of experience in dealing with the adjustment and settlement phases of insurance claims. They promised to serve as our advocate - which they did - but they were our "security blanket" as well, guiding us through the red tape and regulations. I have no doubt that without their help; we would have lost considerable moneys for our own lack of knowledge. Finally and most importantly, when I and my deacons sat with Allstar for the first time, we sensed an incredibly strong leading of the Spirit. In a case of ''you can't understand unless you understand," sitting across the table from Corky and Jeremy felt correct. To the man, we each felt a peace about them and an assurance that these were indeed the men God had sent to see us through this tragedy in our church's life. Conventional wisdom dictates that in la ''total loss" situation like ours, you should wait until the insurance pays, and begin the process of selecting the best bid. Had we waited, the completion of our new building would have been delayed by months and I h~ve no doubt that we would be enjoying the results we are enjoying now. We dedicate our new building on June 26, 2011 - and it is more beautiful than anything we could have ever imagined. I urge you to strongly consider Allstar for your needs. It was simply the best decision we could have made, and our congregation is certain that God has blessed us for following His leading. David E. Mahfood Senior Pastor, Tyland Baptist Church You Are Loved!

March 27, 2009 To Whom It May Concern: Please consider this letter as a reference for All Star Restoration of Cedar Hill, TX. We used them in conjunction with damages from Hurricane Ike in the fall of 2008. This company was referred to us by Gary Benson of Insurance One Agency. We were most pleased with every aspect of their work. From the first contact to the finished repairs, Mike Berkes and his crews were extremely easy to work with and their care and concern about doing the jobs correctly was apparent. Their patience in receiving payment from us while waiting on insurance funds was greatly appreciated. If the need arises again to have repairs and/or renovations done, I am willing and hoping to hire them to complete the work for us. As you can see, I highly recommend this company. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. In His love, Kay Irvine Business Administrator

They have served our needs well as we have worked to recover from the damage suffered to our church facilities after Hurricane Ike. They have worked with us through our difficulties with the insurance company and have proceeded with our repairs in a timely manner. Their personnel have been cooperative, and they have communicated with us in a manner that shows their understanding of the needs of a congregation in a time of trouble. Sidney Watson SENIOR PASTOR

First AsselDbly 01 God September 2, 2009 To Whom It May Concern: In the Fall of2008 HUlTicane Ike Stuck a terrible blow to our church facilities, causing extreme damage to our roof, sanctuary, foyer, and many additional rooms. Our insurance agent recommended All Star Restoration to perform the emergency cover up and structural drying of the building. Corky and company were very prompt, resourceful, and a great transition team. All Star met with our adjuster and helped to expedite the claim process. They worked hand in hand with us and the insurance company. They also helped us to get electricity by supplying a large generator until our power was restored. Thereafter, Corky Randolph, the owner of the company asked for the opportunity to perform the repairs and renovation ofthe property. Their company specializes in church renovations. They come highly recommended by their previous customers. However, the contractor that built our church is also a member of our congregation. In our case our board felt that it was prudent to use our own church member to perform the repairs. When Mr. Randolph was made aware that a contractor from the church was going to perform the work he was very gracious Mr. Randolph met with our contractor and offered any assistance the contractor may need to help with the insurance company settlement. I commend their workmanship and integrity and believe they would do well in mitigation work or for that matter even a complete renovation. Best Regards, Milton Pool Senior Pastor 1915 FM 1960 E. Healing and Wholeness John To A 3:16 Hurting World! Bethel Assembly of God P.O. Box 3266 Lufkin, Texas 75904 Ph#: (936)875-2444 Dear Allstar Restoration, I am writing you this letter to affirm our position regarding our satisfaction with Allstar Restoration. As a pastor I am looking out for the well being of our church. There was never a doubt as to who we would use once I met the representatives from Allstar. When I met Corky and Jeremy the first word that came to mind is Integrity. For the first thirty minutes of our meeting we just talked about the ministry of the church and our vision. How refreshing this is for me as a pastor to know there is a contractor who is concerned not just about the bottom line but about who we are as a church. You gave guidance to both me and the church board throughout the entire process. When construction began you were onsite to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. As the process continued you listened to our needs. Our church was built in 1964 and had not been remodeled since 1974. For over 30 years we were lost in time. Our foyer was small and what can I say about the men s restroom being in the front entry. But Allstar changed all this. Working directly with Jeremy we were able to redesign the layout of our foyer and expand the room to add warmth and make it a place more inviting to the public. Our sanctuary was beautiful before the hurricane but it lacked something that we could never figure out. Corky came in and helped us redesign the sanctuary by expanding our platform and giving us an inset for our pulpit. He also suggested taking the one single entry door and adding double doors on each side of the soundbooth. This made our sanctuary more serviceable for weddings and special events and allowed us to position our chairs to make two aisles. For six months we had been having service in our fellowship hall due to the storm. We had tired and weary members which had been devastated by lack of progress due to our insurance company not wanting to accept the claim. But when Allstar Restoration stepped in they brought to us a sense of hope and helped us contact our insurance company with the proper information which led to our carrier paying the claim. Truly you lived up to both parts of your name. You will always be Allstars in our book. And you definitely brought Restoration to not only our building but to our Spirits and the life of the church. Thank you for all you did. If we ever need construction or restoration services in the future you will be the first ones I call. Because of Calvary, Pastor Steve Hammond (936) 225-1401

Friendly Center Baptist Church POBox 1708 Van, TX 75790 Pastor Paul Takach 903-963-8310 To Whom It May Concern: On April 26,2011, our community was devastated by a tornado. Not only didmany families in the area sustain damage to their homes, but our church building was hit as well. We had holes in our roof, standing water in the building and quite a mess everywhere else. The next morning as I was standing outside our church building pondering the damage, Corky Randolph, with All Star Restoration, asked for a few minutes of my time. Well, that few minutes proved to be well worth my time. In not much time at all, Corky and his crew had our roof covered and started drying out our building to prevent further damage. But it wasn't simply his promptness that impressed me. I believe the Lord was very gracious to us in sending Corky there at the right time. Having someone, with a kindred spirit, carry us through a disaster is worth more than words can describe. He knew that we were not in the best financial situation to get everything done, yet he committed to us that he would see us through it. A week and a half after the storm, we were able to meet in our sanctuary. We give glory to God for sending Corky and All Star Restoration as our contractor ami helper. It is quite evident that All Star Restoration is not simply a business, but is an organization committed to biblical principles and truly helping others get back on their feet. I highly commend them to you. In Christ, Paul Takach Pastor, Friendly Center Baptist Church

Anahuac Assembly of God 1100 Oak Street P.O. Box 1500 Anahuac, Texas 77514 May 31, 2009 Allstar Restoration Services, Inc. 978-B North Hwy. 67 Cedar Hill, TX 75104 Dear Corky: On April 26 th, Anahuac Assembly celebrated its Grand Re-opening service eight months after Hurricane Ike destroyed our building. It was a wonderful occasion for us, and we would not have made it without the partnership of Allstar Restoration. Mike and his team walked us through every step of the process and even at the beginning was an advocate for us with our insurance adjuster. Allstar has turned a very difficult situation into a good experience as we walked away from the storm with a beautiful new building. So this is a thank-you note for all of your hard work, for putting up with occasional errors due to growing pains, and just for helping to put Anahuac Assembly of God back on its feet. The future looks bright, and we want to acknowledge your contribution to our work for the Lord here in Anahuac. As we say in Texas, Preciate it! Sincerely, Rev. David Watts Senior Pastor
