The missionary journeys of Paul Last journey to Rome V.1
Apostle Paul Paul a man chosen by the Lord and whom God used mightily in all the places north and east of Mediterranean Sea. Within a short while, he brought thousands of people to salvation. It is a great challenge to us.
Many churches and thousands of missionaries together are not able to attain what Paul did within short time. I think this presentation will inspire many of us for another missionary journey. May God bless You.
The missionary journeys of Paul was around Mediterranean Sea. The south of Sea is Africa, North of Sea is Europe and east of Sea is Asia. Paul did not go to Africa but started mission in Asia and reached out to Europe.

Paul stayed with Apostle James in Jerusalem after returning from third missionary journey. On the seventh day, Jews from Asia caught him and tried to kill him Centurion had taken him in his custody.
Centurion decided to send Paul to Governor Felix at Caesarea when he heard that 40 people have decided to kill him at any cost. Act 23:33 Who, when they came to Caesarea, and delivered the epistle to the governor, presented Paul also before him.

After 5 days High Priest came for presenting their case against him. For 2 years, he was in custody in Caesarea. Felix left him as a prisoner and handed over to Governor Porcius Festus.
He wanted to take Paul to Jerusalem so that Paul appealed to Rome Emperor. He was brought in front of King Agrippa and found innocent. Because he appealed to Emperor, it was ordered to take him to Rome.
Act 27:1 When it was decided that we should sail to Italy, they transferred Paul and some other prisoners to a centurion named Julius, who belonged to the emperor's division. Act 27:2 Boarding a ship from Adramyttium that was about to sail to
the ports on the coast of Asia, we put out to sea. Aristarchus, a Macedonian from Thessalonica, went with us. Act 27:3 The next day we arrived at Sidon, and Julius treated Paul kindly and allowed him to visit his friends and receive any care he needed.

Act 27:4 After putting out from there, we sailed on the sheltered side of Cyprus because the winds were against us. Act 27:5 We sailed along the sea off Cilicia and Pamphylia and reached Myra in Lycia.
Act 27:6 There the centurion found an Alexandrian ship bound for Italy and put us on it. Act 27:7 We sailed slowly for a number of days and with difficulty arrived off Cnidus.
Then, because the wind was against us, we sailed on the sheltered side of Crete off Cape Salome. Act 27:8 Sailing past it with difficulty, we came to a place called Fair Havens, near the town of Lasea. Paul warned about forthcoming dangers but no one listened to him.

A violent wind called northeaster started blowing. Act 27:16 And running under a certain island which is called Clauda, we had much work to come by the boat: They threw out all goods to sea. Paul prophesied that nothing will happened to any one but there will be shipwreck near to an island.
On the 14 th day they saw land. Soldiers wanted to kill all prisoners but centurion stopped it. They swam to island. Act 28:1 And when they were escaped, then they knew that the island was called Melita (Malta).

-While they stayed near to fire, a snake attached itself to Paul s hand. But he shook and put snake to fire and nothing happened. -Father of Governor Publius was healed by the prayer of Paul. Act 28:11 And after three months we departed in a ship of Alexandria, which had wintered in the isle, whose sign was Castor and Pollux.
Act 28:12 And landing at Syracuse, we tarried there three days.
Act 28:13 Then we weighed anchor and came to Rhegium (Reggio-de Calabria):.
A day later a south wind began to blow, and on the second day we came to Puteoli(Pozzuoli): Act 28:14 There we found some brothers and were invited to stay with them for seven days. And so we came to Rome.
Rome
Act 28:15 The brothers there heard about us and came as far as the Forum of Appius and the Three Taverns to meet us. When Paul saw them, he thanked God and felt encouraged. Act 28:16 When we came into Rome, Paul was allowed to live by himself with the soldier who was guarding him.
Act 28:30 For two whole years he lived in his own rented place and welcomed everyone who came to him. Act 28:31 He continued to preach the kingdom of God and to teach about the Lord Jesus Christ with perfect boldness and freedom.
PAUL S MISSIONARY JOURNEYS
His sufferings for Christ 1Co 4:11-13 To this very hour we are hungry, thirsty, dressed in rags, brutally treated, and homeless. We wear ourselves out from working with our own hands. When insulted, we bless. When persecuted, we endure. When slandered, we answer with kind words.
Up to this moment we have become the filth of the world, the scum of the universe! 1Cor 15:32 If I have fought with wild animals in Ephesus from merely human motives, what do I get out of it?
2Co 1:8-10 My friends, I want you to know what a hard time we had in Asia. Our sufferings were so horrible and so unbearable that death seemed certain. In fact, we felt sure that we were going to die. But this made us stop trusting in ourselves and start trusting God, who raises the dead to life. God saved us from the threat of death, and we are sure that he will do it again and again.
2Co 11:23-28 Are they Christ's servants? I am insane to talk like this, but I am a far better one! I have been involved in far greater efforts, far more imprisonments, countless beatings, and have faced death more than once. Five times I received from the Jews forty lashes minus one. Three times I was beaten with a stick,
once I was pelted with stones, three times I was shipwrecked, and I drifted on the sea for a day and a night. I have been involved in frequent journeys, in dangers from rivers, dangers from robbers, dangers from my own people, dangers from the gentiles, dangers in the city, dangers in the open country,
dangers at sea, dangers from false brothers, in toil and hardship, through many a sleepless night, through hunger and thirst, through many periods of fasting, through coldness and nakedness. Besides everything else, I have a daily burden because of my anxiety about all the churches.
2Co 11:32-33 In Damascus, the governor under King Aretas put guards around the city of Damascus to catch me, but I was let down in a basket through an opening in the wall and escaped from his hands. 2Ti 3:11 and my persecutions and sufferings that happened to me in Antioch, Iconium, and Lystra. What persecutions I endured! Yet the Lord rescued me from all of them.
Conclusion He completed his race and was killed by Rome empire. 2Ti 4:6 For I am already being poured out as an offering, and the time for my departure has come. 2Ti 4:7 I have fought the good fight. I have completed the race. I have kept the faith.
2Ti 4:8 The victor's crown of righteousness is now waiting for me, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who eagerly wait for his appearing.
His life is the most motivating one after Jesus Christ. I believe that this presentation will motivate hundreds of true believers to continue what he did. The book of Acts does not have a conclusion pointing out that even though Paul joined Jesus in Heaven, the works of Holy Ghost will not finish until He is here on a mission, waiting for another Paul to come up. Is that you?
I believe this presentation has helped you a lot to understand about Paul, the Apostle and his life for Christ. May God bless you to be an imitator of Paul. May God bless you.
