MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Persnal Be a maturing disciple f Jesus Christ: grwing in lve fr Gd, Gd s Wrd, Gd s peple f every ethnicity and culture, and Gd s purpses in the wrld. Actively pursue each f GFM s Fur Cmmitments: Spiritual Frmatin, Cmmunity, Evangelism & Service, and Integratin f Faith, Learning, & Practice. Leadership Wmen in the Academy & Prfessin Ministry Assciate will functin as a member f the Wmen in the Academy & Prfessins team. Supervised by WAP Directr Take part in mnthly team calls and annual meeting(s) Advance the wrk f WAP wrk with staff, students and faculty n campuses represent WAP at varius events arund the cuntry supprt the wrk f The Well Primary fcus in ONE f the three areas (85% f wrk time) The Well Pursue and develp writers with regards t cntent, experience, vice, etc. Editrial prjects Represent The Well (WAP) at writers events, prfessinal cnferences, IVCF cnferences, etc. Develp and cnnect netwrks f writers t current editr and/r prjects Interview faculty and prfessinal wmen and pst at The Well. Special writing/prmtinal pieces needed at The Well r elsewhere Wrk with ther WAP Assciates (per directin by The Well Editr) t assist with prjects at The Well including, but nt limited t reaching under-served audiences and nline resurce develpment Take part in meetings with The Well team Cnnectin Cnnect IVCF Staff, students, faculty and the wider public t Wmen in the Academy & Prfessins and The Well thrugh scial media (65% f wrk time) Analyze current WAP scial media use and its efficacy (includes identifying current and ptential audiences and their use f/reachability thrugh varius scial media vehicles) Analyze ther scial media platfrms and their ptential t reach new audiences Initiate and/r maintain presence n and cmmunicatin by strategic scial media vehicles

(+/- 10% f wrk time) Administratin (5% f wrk time) Perfrm the necessary administrative tasks required t fulfill the purpse f InterVarsity and t cmply with InterVarsity s plicies and prcedures by: Cmplying with Risk Management plicies. Fllwing the budgeting and expense reprting guidelines as necessary. Fulfilling reprting requirements. Fund Develpment & Public Relatins (10% f wrk time) Develp a prayer and funding base by: Develping a prayer team t intercede fr this endeavr and fr neself.
