OMEGA REALITY REVELATION TIMELINE WALK-THROUGH

The goal of this presentation is to help people who have a desire to better understanding the Book of Revelation and the sequence of unfolding events as it pertains to end-times, to be able to follow a simple step by step presentation. It is hoped that the information presented here and the technique used in presenting the information will make it easy for the reader to understand and remember themselves. Additionally, it is a resource for teachers and anyone else who wants to share a step by step understanding of the book of Revelation (2 Timothy 2:2). Prior to starting the timeline, we will start by looking at 1 Corinthians 15:20-28 as it lays out a clear sequential order of events of God s plan concerning end-times. This presentation is broken down into 4 main sections: 1. Section 1 Will establish a timeline of known points. The focus of this section will show the events on a timeline in sequential order from the establishment of Christ s 1000 yr (millennial) kingdom through the establishment of the final and new eternal Kingdom of God. This section will focus mainly upon Revelation Chapters 20 and 21. 2. Section 2 Will create a small 7 year timeline separately which is based upon Daniel 9:27. This verse describes what is known as Daniel s 70 th week (the one seven). Its main focus is to use a 7 year timeline to show the events, in a sequential order that take place during these 7 years. We will be looking at several passages of scripture from Daniel, Matthew, 2 Thessalonians and Revelation, which mention and describe the events that happen during this 7 year period. When we have finished creating this 7 year timeline, we will then insert it into the main timeline that we started in Section 1. 3. Section 3 Takes what we have done in both sections 1 & 2 and focuses on time period that happens after of the 7 year period which is also the time period that happens just before the establishment of Christ s 1000 yr Kingdom. This section mainly focuses upon the events that surround the pouring out of God s wrath that happens in conjunction with the 2 nd coming of Christ. This period shows the events that create the transition from the beast s and false prophet s kingdom to the 1000 yr Kingdom of Christ. For this we will be looking at Revelation chapters 15-19. 4. Section 4 With all the timeline in place from sections 1, 2 & 3, it is known that the Church will not suffer the wrath of God and so in the sequential timing of all things, we know that the Rapture of the Church will take place before the events we discussed in Section 3. Which means the rapture of the Church will happen either before the 7 years described in Section 2 or during it. This section will focus mainly on the complete teaching of the New Testament Apostles and Prophets concerning the Mystery of God which is: Christ and His Church. We will then focus on Revelation 10:7 & Revelation chapter 11 which will complete the timeline with its events in sequential order pertaining to end-times.

1 Corinthians 15:20-28 lays out a clear sequential order of events of God s plan concerning end-times. The text that is bolded is for emphasis in order to show clearly the sequential nature of the events. Nothing we learn about end-times can contradict the events and order of events found here: 20 But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. 21 For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. 22 For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. 23 But each in turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him. 24 Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power. 25 For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy to be destroyed is death. 27 For he has put everything under his feet. Now when it says that everything has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. 28 When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all. --------------------------------------- raised = Past Tense will be = Yet to come in the future Or just factually states this is how one will be made alive each in turn = Denotes a sequential order then = Denotes that something has occurred and the next thing mentioned will come after what has occurred when = Denotes in conjunction of another event with an event that is occurring or has occurred. Then this will happen when this happens after = Denotes the things mentioned before hand will come after what is mentioned next must reign until = Must is a requirement. Reign is an action. Until is a length of time until a condition is met last enemy to be destroyed is death = Defines a clear known point that let s one know that the condition has been met. He must reign until all enemies are under his feet and he has destroyed all dominion authority and power How will we know when this happens? We will know when the last enemy, which is death, is destroyed. when he has done this, then = Denotes that then everything previously described is completed and done, then he will do the next thing

Section 1 REVELATION TIMELINE WALK-THROUGH This section covers the events dealing with the establishment of Christ s 1000 yr (millennial) kingdom and all the events that lead up to the establishment of the final and new eternal Kingdom of God. Satan is bound and thrown into pit 2. Thrones established (twenty-four elders) 3. 1st Resurrection - Beheaded Saints from Great Tribulation come to life and reign with Christ 1000 years 4. Christ sits upon Davidic throne and rules nations with iron scepter from Jerusalem 5. After 1000 yrs Satan loosed to deceive nations again 6. Gog and Magog gather them for battle 7. Fire from heaven destroys Gog and Magog 8. Devil is thrown into lake of sulfur where the beast and false prophet was thrown

Section 2 REVELATION TIMELINE WALK-THROUGH This section will create a separate 7 year timeline which is based upon Daniel 9:27. This verse describes what is known as Daniel s 70 th week (the one seven). Its main focus is to use a 7 year timeline to show the events, in a sequential order that take place during these 7 years. We will be looking at several passages of scripture which mention and describe the events that happen during this 7 year period. Section 3 REVELATION TIMELINE WALK-THROUGH Takes what we have done in both sections 1 & 2 and focuses on time period that happens after of the 7 year period which is also the time period that happens just before the establishment of Christ s 1000 yr Kingdom. This section mainly focuses upon the events that surround the pouring out of God s wrath that happens in conjunction with the 2 nd coming of Christ. This period shows the events that create the transition from the beast s and false prophet s kingdom to the 1000 yr Kingdom of Christ. For this we will be looking at 2 Thessalonians 2:8 & the entire 19 th chapter of Revelation. Scripture reference: 2 Thessalonians 2:8 & Revelation Chapter 19; also Revelation Chapters 15-19 & Rev 14:17-20, Rev 11:18) Take action: Read the above scripture references to familiarize yourself with everything that is mentioned in these verses regarding the wrath of God.
