Mark-up is made based on the existing RDA text. Changes from the original proposal are highlighted in yellow. The changes are now in RDA numbering order, with reference to the numbering in the original proposal. LC has removed the Bible Tools icon and the appendix included in the original proposal because those are not changes to instructions. We also omitted the list of instructions impacted by this proposal because it is unchanged from the original. LC has made these changes from the original proposal as discussed at the meeting: Revised 6.23.2.6 based partially on the CCC response Revised 6.23.2.9.2 (Books) as recommended in meeting: corrected typo (CCC response); changed selections of to selections to in last reference (ALA response); added example (ALA response) Revised first paragraph in 6.23.2.9.3 (Groups of Books) to replicate pattern for Books Provide two options for 6.23.2.9.4 (Apocrypha) as suggested in meeting Revised 6.23.2.9.5 and sub-instructions to make selections singular per ALA response Revised reference at end of 6.23.2.9.5 to generalize per ALA response Revised first paragraph of 6.23.2.9.5.1 per CCC response Revised 6.23.2.9.7 (Other Selections from the Bible) to follow the handout provided by LC during the JSC meeting LC has made these additional changes from the original proposal not discussed at the meeting: Changed preferred title to title in 6.23.2.9.2 and 6.23.2.9.3 based on usage in other similar sacred scripture instructions at 6.23.2.10.2, 6.23.2.13.1, 6.23.2.13.2, 6.23.2.14, 6.23.2.15, 6.23.2.16, 6.23.2.17, 6.23.2.18, and 6.23.2.19. Changes to 6.23.2.9.4, two options (was Change 3) LC was asked to present two options to the JSC: one option that removes 6.23.2.9.4 completely (this would involve renumbering of current 6.23.2.9.5-6.23.2.9.7, and we did not show that renumbering), and a second option that simplifies the instruction by making references to the instructions on Books and Groups of Books. Option 2 includes a caption change suggested by CCC.
