BULLETIN NOTES Interim Senior Pastor Study Leave Mary Luti will be in Jerusalem, April 7-15, for a week of study leave. She will be back in the office on Thursday, April 16. Congregational Meeting Sunday, April 12, 2015 A Congregational Meeting has been called for Sunday, April 12, 2015 during 10 am worship in the Sanctuary to vote on the recommendation of the Pastoral Residency Committee to call Joshua Fitterling and Megan Snell as new Pastoral Residents to serve among us from August 24, 2015 to June 30, 2017. Hello Church Moms! We will gather for our next dinner on Tuesday, April 14 at the home of Nancy Smith. Thank you, Nancy and Kirk! We hope to see all of you there! We welcome moms with children of ALL ages as we are all on the same journey..parenting in the spirit of hope and faith surrounded by a wonderful group of other moms with whom to share your struggles, successes, advice and questions. NWW Ecumenical Fellowship The Newton Wellesley Weston Committee for Community Living is Village Church's partner in ministry to adults with developmental disabilities. Fellowship gatherings including worship, craft projects, and dinner are scheduled several times a year. The last for this program year will be Sunday, April 12, 4:30-6:30 pm in Village Common. Ordination and Installation Vanessa Payne Rose will be ordained and installed as Associate Pastor of Children and Families at First Church UCC Fairfield, Connecticut on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 2:00 pm. All are invited to attend the service and reception. Vanessa is a daughter of Alan and Janet Rose and was in care at Village Church while she was at Yale Divinity School.

What s happening in Church School today? Childcare for both the 9 and 11 am Worship services. 5 years old and younger: The Infant/Toddler Room is located on the main floor just outside the Sanctuary to the left of the Chancel. The 2 & 3 year old classroom is located on the upper floor. The 4-5 year olds will meet in the 4/Kindergarten Room located on the upper floor. Children should be picked up promptly at the conclusion of worship. Grades 1-8 are invited to remain in Worship with their parents. For all ages through 5th grade, the Easter Egg Hunt is at 10:20 am. The Family Room is available for parents who aren t quite ready to leave their young children in class. In this room, parents will be able to listen to the worship service while their child naps or plays. This room is located upstairs beyond the library. VILLAGE CHURCH STAFF The Rev.
