San Felipe de Neri Parish announces the candidates for the 2017-2018 Royal Court. The Royal Court candidates have begun a six week fundraising campaign and need your support. This is a great way for our young folks in the community to be ambassadors for the church and demonstrate to others their commitment to their faith. My name is Kaitlyn Miranda Knapp. I am 15 years old and a freshman attending Atrisco Heritage Academy. I have an older brother Nicholas who is a US Marine. I have been a member of San Felipe Parish for 12 years and attended San Felipe School for 9 years. I have been an altar sever since I was 8 and celebrated my First Holy Communion here just like my brother did. I will also be celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation in May. My family is very active in the church as well as mayordomos; my mom and I also help decorate the church. I enjoy multiple sports and am an honor roll student. I am excited to run for the royal court of our fiesta as it will allow be to continue to be an example to the young people of our church. My name is Desiree Edgin. I'm 14 years old. I'm a freshman at PAPA (Public Academy for Performing Arts). I'm a gifted student. I dance in my spare time. I love hanging out with friends and family. I've volunteered for the department of Senior Affairs, feeding the elderly. I'm currently preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation. I've been a member of San Felipe since I was 5. I made my First Holy Communion with Father Garcia. I plan to volunteer to work with the younger kids who are preparing for their sacraments. I'm running for Fiesta Queen so I can be more involved with the parish and community. Elijah Sandoval has been a parishioner since 2006. He attended San Felipe de Neri from kindergarten through 8th grade. Elijah has been very active within our parish by attending Mass every Sunday as well as being an altar server for the church since the 3rd grade. He also was involved in our youth group. Elijah is currently attending Volcano Vista H.S. as a sophomore. Elijah's interests include computer graphics, watching his team "Oakland Raiders" and playing guitar. Elijah's aspirations for the future include attending college to become an orthodontist.

Religious Education Religious Education Classes have concluded. We are currently pre-registering for the 2017/2018 Religious Education Year. Classes will begin in August 2017.
