Joy is the experience of living to the Divine expression of who you truly are. My Dream Boad Dream boads, also known as vision boards are a fun and inspiring tool to work with, especially if you find working with visuals and imagery helpful to learn and grasp concepts. I know for me personally, I need to see a map to understand. I am not able to process a set of directions having only heard them, I need the visual component as well. The same can be said when crafting your JOYgasmic life. This exercise calls for creating a Dream board containing images, words and anything else you want to include that identifies what you would like the Universe to deliver for you over the next four years. It is a visual for your hearts desires. For eg, Travel, a new car or improved health. When working with the Soul, a major secret to success is to incorporate what it is you would do that benefits others and makes a difference in this world. It doesn t have to be big and grand, it does however need to be given with a pure intention and wholeheartedly given in return for the blessings you have received. This is a real key to engaging your own creative flow. How to Create Your Dream Board: You can use www.canva.com, Pinterest or any software that allows you to create images such as Photoshop. If using technology, create a.jpg image and use it as your wallpaper on your computer or phone. If you are a more hands-on crafty type - cut out images from magazine, words and glude them to your Dream boards pages overleaf. You could draw or even more simply handwrite and make it appealing to you somehow. It really is whatever works for you, there is no wright or wrong and the only rule is to have fun and JOYgasmisc time doing it. Once completed be sure to place a copy of it where you can see it regularly, so it inspires you daily to craft your Soul s magic.

My 2017List of Joygasmic Things To Do Use this space to compile a bucket list of 50, yes 50 things you want to do and achieve throughout 2017. They can be goals, simple wishes and desires, a little naughty and there is only one rule. They must be JOYgasm producing. It is best to incorporate all areas of life to assist with balance and when you find yourself not feeling your usual JOYgasmic self, then pull out your list and proceed to party and cross off one of the below as done and achieved.
My Joygasmic Goals for 2017 Crafting Soul centered goals that inspire JOY is a lot easier than you think. Take some time out in Soulitude to do this, enjoy a cuppa and peace and quite. Meditate if you so desire beforehand. Once ready and you feel centered to the following: 1. Place your hand over your heart and ask this Soul Conversation question: Please inspire me with the goals and actions I need to focus on this year to achieve my hearts desires in alignment with my Soul Plan and through the magically creative experience of JOY 2.
