This year, 2018, marks 100 years of organized Extension work in Fremont County. From the beginning, the mission of Iowa State University Extension and Outreach has been to help Iowans live their best lives. We can t think of a better way to improve lives than by spreading kindness far and wide! The Challenge For 100 days, beginning on March 20 and ending on June 30, you are challenged to perform a random act of kindness each day. What is a random act of kindness (RAK)? A RAK is something you do to benefit someone else without expecting anything in return. It might be as simple as offering a smile to a stranger, or as complicated as organizing a food drive. Use this book to record your RAK s, and have it signed at the Fremont County Extension office between July 1 st and July 31 st to earn a token of appreciation. Kindness is contagious!
