Isa. 53:12, Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong, because He poured out His soul unto death, and He was numbered with the transgressors, and He bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

So the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin. Lev. 5:7, If he is not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring to the LORD, for his trespass which he has committed, two turtledoves or two young pigeons: one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering. Lev. 5:15, If a person commits a trespass, and sins unintentionally in regard to the holy things of the LORD, then he shall bring to the LORD as his trespass offering a ram without blemish from the flocks, with your valuation in shekels of silver according to the shekel of the sanctuary, as a trespass offering.

Isa. 53:12, Assuredly, I will give him the many as his portion, He shall receive the multitude as His spoil. For He exposed Himself to death and was numbered among the sinners, whereas he bore the guilt of the many and made intercession for sinners. Tanach, 1985

Isa. 53:7, He was oppressed and He was afflicted, yet He opened not His mouth; He was led as a lamb to the slaughter, And as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so He opened not His mouth. Isa. 53:8, He was taken from prison and from judgment, and who will declare His generation? For He was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgressions of My people He was stricken. Acts 8:32b, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and as a lamb before its shearer is silent, so He opened not His mouth. Acts 8:33, In His humiliation His justice was taken away, and who will declare His generation? For His life is taken from the earth.

John 1:29, The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! John 1:36, And looking at Jesus as He walked, he said, Behold the Lamb of God! Acts 8:32, The place in the Scripture which he read was this: He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and as a lamb before its shearer is silent, so He opened not His mouth. 1 Pet. 1:19, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

Acts 8:34, So the eunuch answered Philip and said, I ask you, of whom does the prophet say this, of himself or of some other man? Acts 8:35, Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning at this Scripture, preached Jesus to him.

Acts 8:36, Now as they went down the road, they came to some water. And the eunuch said, See, here is water. What hinders me from being baptized?

Acts 8:37, Then Philip said, If you believe with all your heart, you may. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. This verse is NOT in most manuscripts of the New Testament; it is neither in the critical text nor the Majority Text. Only a very few manuscripts, including a few used in the Textus Receptus, contain this verse. It was likely inserted because the text itself gives no specifics on the eunuch s response of faith.

Acts 8:39, Now when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away, so that the eunuch saw him no more; and he went on his way rejoicing.
