As we bow be-fore Your throne, we wor-ship You, nd You lone. We were mde to wor-ship You, O Lord. We were mde to wor-ship You, we were mde to wor-ship You, we were mde to wor-ship You, O Lord. 5.0 Prying Pslm 5 A morning pryer: Do you strt your dy with pryer? The first hour is to the dy wht the rudder is to the ship, therefore pry in the morning (W. Grhm Scroggie, The Pslms, 1:63). A problem: Seen from the perspective of the New Testment the pslmist obviously goes beyond the limits of requests which one cn pryerfully mke s fr s bloodthirsty men re concerned (Stnley L. Jki, Prying the Pslms, 42). O my God nd King, her my pryer. [v. 2] Lord, keep me from speking flsehood. [v. 6] Led me in Your wy of righteousness. [v. 8] Fther, give me joy becuse I trust in You. [v. 11]
