PSR Newsletter 1 November 2015 All Program Announcements Parking Since it is now dark when all Monday and Wednesday sessions let out, it is important to review our parking procedures for drop-off and pick-up. Parents must walk into the school to sign their students out as they usually would. Parking is available on the west end of the school building between the church and the rectory. Parking is also available both directly in front of and behind the school as well as the lot in front of the school across Moss Road. There should be NO PARKING whatsoever in the school bus/fire lane on the west end of the front of the school building, or on Moss Road itself. Please help keep out students and families safe by observing these rules. PSR Office Hours Please remember that the PSR Office is open Monday Wednesday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm and Thursday from 8:30 am to 3 pm. Since the office is closed on Friday, we can only guarantee supplies for Monday night classes if they are requested by noon on Thursday the week before Monday class meetings. Supplies for Wednesday night classes can only be guaranteed when they are requested by noon on the Monday of the week of the class meeting. While we do try to keep up with email on the weekends, it is difficult to gather supplies in a short period of time. Thank you for you cooperation and timeliness in helping us help you. Supply Closet Please help us keep the supply closet organized and free of unnecessary clutter. We are working on labeling all bins. Please return supplies to the proper bin and the bin to the proper shelf. Thank you in advance for your help.
