Page 2 of 7 Many years ago the Lord gave me an assignment to build a half mile road up the side of a small mountain in Northern New Hampshire to a location where a church was to be built. When a trench was being dug for a culvert, a rock was found; it was a great big rock that looked like it had come straight from the moon. At the time of its discovery, a scientist looked at it and thought it was a priceless meteorite. But when he brought two of his fellow scientists to view it, they convinced him that it was not a meteorite but just a very strange looking stone. Thinking it was of some value, I placed the rock beside the parking lot of the new church where it stayed for a short time. When I had to move it from there, I placed it on a pallet in the paper storage area of a print shop where it sat for about fourteen years. For several of those years the print shop was shut down. Meanwhile, the Lord had given me another assignment which was to publish and distribute inspirational Bread of Life messages which He had placed in my hands to be given to people without charge to help them come to know and grow in the love of God. Realizing the privilege it was to be called to such a work made me completely forget about the old abandoned rock. My wife also was called along with me to this assignment and that was a tremendous blessing for she is an absolute joy to live and work with. Soon our big old sixteen room house began to fill up with printing equipment cranking out the Bread of Life messages. We often call it "The Lord's Breadhouse." Our Lord's blessing has remained on it. One time a neighbor saw a rainbow resting on it, took a picture and gave it to us. One day as I was busy working in the breadhouse I received a telephone call from the vicepresident of a local bank asking me to meet him at the old print shop that had not been used for many years. He said he would explain why when I got there. When we met he informed me the building was being sold and that he had hired some men to clean it out; but they were having a problem moving a big rock. He went on to say that all the printing equipment in the building had been purchased by an out of state dealer and as the last big truck loaded with machinery was pulling out of the driveway, a worker whom he had hired to do some cleaning noticed the big, strange looking rock on the back of the open truck. Trying to be funny, he called out to the driver, "Hey... that's not a printing press!" The driver quickly applied the brakes and shouted, "Oh, alright!"; then backed the truck up, got a fork lift, took off the big rock and put it back in the building, while the cleaning man quietly went back to sweeping the floor, wishing he had kept his mouth shut. After that the owner of the building ordered the banker to get me to move that rock out of the building. I told him I would move it. At the time I had no money to spend to haul away a ton and a half rock that I had forgotten about for several years. But after hearing about how it was stopped as it was on the way out and brought back, I knew the Lord wanted me to take care of it. I did not know what to do with it until a friend in the State of Maine offered to move and store it on his property. With a sigh of relief I went back to the work I loved to do, which was serving the Lord's Bread of Life messages. But before it was hauled away I cut a twelve by eight inch
Page 3 of 7 chunk off the big rock for a keepsake and placed it in a flower garden beside my house. Once again the rock was out of sight and out of mind for about ten years. Then one afternoon a friend stopped by and said something that reminded me about the old strange looking rock and as we were talking about it the Lord spoke to my heart and told me that it was a gift He had given to me to help in the work He had called me to do. After hearing that, I immediately went to Maine and brought the rock home to New Hampshire where I could give it the special attention it deserved, for now it was no longer just a plain old funny looking rock but a very special gift from the Lord. As I was riding in the truck that was transporting the rock home, the driver of the truck suggested we have it weighed at a gravel pit that we would pass by on the way. Just before we arrived there he asked me how much I would sell the rock for if it turned out to be a real meteorite. I answered that I had no idea, but the figure would have a lot of threes because that was my favorite number from the Bible. When the rock was placed on the scale, it was found to weigh exactly 3,300 pounds. Later on, when I placed the twelve by eight inch chunk that I had cut off from the big rock on my bathroom scale, I found it to weigh exactly 33 pounds. That made the total weight of the rock 3,333 pounds! I found on the Internet that there were some simple tests that I could do to help identify it as a possible meteorite, which it easily passed: it was very dense and heavy; it made a ring when struck with a hammer; it was covered with pock marks; and it attracted a magnet. I then began to contact several geological scientists and meteorite experts. But when I informed them that I may have a ton and a half meteorite sitting in my back yard, they would not take me seriously. I have found some scientists who do want to help but have such a workload that it may take years before all their lab tests are completed. I read in a NASA publication that less than one in a thousand rocks that are suspected to be meteorites actually turn out to be one. I was able to get a few reports back from scientists to whom I sent a sample chip of the rock to, but their reports differed greatly. I've learned that there's a famous Meteoritical Society that determines what is a true meteorite. If a rock meets their certain qualifications, the society will give it a name, then place it on their classification list. But before they can do that they first have to gather all the relevant documentation and details on the rock from the testing labs; then the members meet and vote on the authentication of the rock. All that sometimes takes up to five years. After three years had passed since I heard from the Lord that He had given me the rock to help in the work He called me to do, no one seemed to be getting excited about my great find. All I was able to get from the science establishment was a lot of frustration, so I decided to once again put the old strange looking rock on the back burner and concentrate more on the work I love to do, which is freely serving the Lord's Bread to all who want it. Then early one summer morning in the year 2002, which was 30 years after its discovery, and three years after I brought the rock back home, I received a report about the rock from the

Who could identify the rock for me better than the Great Creator who made "... heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein" (Acts 117:24). This glorious report was brought to me in a vision. In the vision the big rock appeared suspended in the air; then a hand appeared holding an instrument that looked like a silver pen. The point of the pen gently touched the rock and a voice said, "Absolutely! Absolutely!" Then, as the hand drew away, I saw that clamped in the tip of the instrument (which was a silver drafting tool rather than a pen), was a tiny red ball. The meaning of the vision that was quickly revealed to me is that the word "Absolutely," spoken twice, revealed that the rock certainly is a meteorite. The tiny red ball, the size of a dot in the tip of the silver pointer that gently touched the rock, represented the planet Mars, which is known as the red planet. In God's great universe it is but a tiny dot. Finally, after all the years of waiting, I had received a positive identification of the rock. A report like that was well worth the wait! It being a meteorite is one thing but being from Mars is something else! According to the science records, to date there have been 22,000 meteorites discovered on earth and less than 30 have been identified as coming from the planet Mars. The largest weighed 40 pounds before being broken up and sold at auctions for ridiculous prices, from 1,000 dollars to 3,000 dollars per gram, and 1,500,000 dollars to 2,000,000 dollars per pound. In one of their articles NASA stated, "Because Mars is a complex planet one can expect that as more Martian meteorites are identified, new rock types will continue to be found." NASA has a rover on Mars called Viking Lander 2 that is sending back clear pictures of rocks on that planet. If this rock I have could be placed on that landscape, it would blend right in with the others. The 3300 pound mars meteorite is in a secure place and people are welcome to view it privately by appointment. Researchers are welcome to study it. Science centers may have a sample chip from it for their lab work. The science establishment states that there is absolutely no way to authenticate a meteorite without having it tested by a professional laboratory specializing in this type of work, but I beg to differ. The only report I will claim for the authentication for this rock to be classified as a Mars meteorite is the report I received by a vision in the year 2002. I believe this vision came from our Great Creator and I will continue to claim that as my certification to identify this rock. Over the years, since I received the vision, I've challenged the meteorite scientists who claim this rock is not a meteorite to show me another earthly rock like it, and none can do that. Even if one of the most renowned meteorite scientists in the world does come up with a positive report of it being a rock from Mars, I will still use the vision first and foremost to identify the rock. I do respect and appreciate the work of gifted scientists and will be glad to post any of their test results where this meteorite is displayed or pass their reports on to anyone who is interested in purchasing the rock or a piece of it. I want to be sure to give full disclosure. Let's face it, there's a lot of scientists out there who are trying to explore God's great universe while denying the existence of our great Creator. They are also trying to teach our children

It's like they are working in a dark room while wearing a blindfold of unbelief. I really don't expect to get a reliable report from them, but I do welcome anyone to come and view the rock for research. However I do ask that anyone interested in buying a slice from this rock to please pray about it and if you have reservations about this being a meteorite, please simply don't even think about buying it! If God has provided someone with the finances and leads them to help this ministry in such a way so that it can accomplish the work of freely serving the Bread of Life messages to multitudes throughout the world, I will not need to slice or sell this magnificent 3300 pound meteorite from Mars. Instead, I will display it where people from all walks of life may visit to view it. It could be presented in one place or be moved to different locations. I would require that it may only be displayed in places where the Lord God is honored as our Great Creator.

It is a beautiful building sitting on about fifty acres of land that has a gorgeous view where you can see into three states. This land and building are now for sale. I would like to see it opened and used as a Creation Observation Center that includes a Chapel. I want it to be a place where Jesus will be glorified and people will be blessed beyond measure. A place where children can learn that they did not evolve from monkeys or apes, but were created by our wonderful Heavenly Father in the likeness of Himself. A place with no admission fees, no selling of merchandise, no speakers promoting their ministries or twisting arms for money. Just a peaceful, quiet place to go and enjoy the lovingkindness of our Heavenly Father, and to appreciate and admire the beauty of His creation. As for the rock from Mars, that is a treasure, but also a temporary thing that will pass away. The real priceless rock is the One from Heaven; The Solid Rock Forever; The Foundation Of Our Salvation; The Chief Cornerstone: The King of Kings and Lord of lords.
