OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD We are still collecting OCC items for our Missions in May service project. We will need 10-12 items (a Wow item, school supplies, or iletry items) for each box and want fill as many as possible. These items can be dropped f in labeled bin beside welcome desk. On May 23, we will have a packing party at which our children are able assemble boxes ger and pray for children who will receive ir gifts and letters. MISSIONS IN MAY FOR CHILDREN Our current 3-year olds through 5th graders will be spending each Wednesday night in May learning about and praying for God s work around world! The kids will learn about Japan, unreached people groups, and Mustard Seed, and conclude on May 23 with an Operation Christmas Child Packing Party. Join us for dinner from 5:00-6:00, and playground will be open from 5:30-6:30. We will meet in first-floor classrooms by drink machines (M122 and 123) for lesson from 6:30-7:30. PREPARING FOR ADOLESCENTS: A PARENTS FORUM Parents adolescents or rising adolescents, join us on evening May 23 at a forum designed help prepare you for unique opportunities involved in rearing children through teenage years. The Vows for Sacrament Baptism In order for congregation more fully enter in service sacrament baptism and refresh ourselves on our church membership vow, following is provided for your convenience and information: To parents:.1. Do you acknowledge your child s need cleansing blood Jesus Christ and renewing grace Holy Spirit?.2. Do you claim God s covenant promises in (his) behalf, and do you look in faith Lord Jesus Christ for (his) salvation, as you do for your own?.3. Do you now unreservedly dedicate your child God and promise, in humble reliance upon divine grace, that you will endeavor set before (him) a godly example, that you will pray with and for (him), that you will teach (him) doctrines our holy religion, and that you will strive, by all means God s appointment, bring (him) up in nurture and admonition Lord?
