Notes on how to use the Lesson Schedule 1. The italicised lessons are the Fiqh lessons from the Darussalam textbooks. Photocopies of these will be provided to you. 2. The plus sign ( + ) indicates days when you are advised to teach more than one lesson or conduct a practical class. 3. The Suggested Du a Lesson is a lesson schedule for the ideal situation where the students know all the du as from previous grades. However, most students will not know the du as from the previous class. The curriculum has been structured so that the most essential du as are taught in earlier grades. Thus, students may need to be taught du as from the previous grade before going on to those assigned to their grade. 4. Certain du as have a code such as (T 2) beside them. These du as are not found in the Du a booklets, rather they are found in the respective grades. For instance, in the Grade 4 lesson schedule, the du a to be taught on 8 th Feb is Acceptance of good deeds (T 1). This means that the du a is found in Lesson 1 of the Level 4 textbook.
