Adults 7.50, Children 2.50. Harvest Produce Sale - Sunday 14 October We support the church worldwide and need your help! All gifts of produce, cakes, preserves etc are gratefully received. Please bring them to Open Church on Saturday 13 October,, or before the Eucharist on Sunday 14 October. The sale begins straight after the service and moves to the Parish Centre before the Harvest Lunch. SUNG EUCHARIST During this service on most weeks in term time, there is a Sunday Club for children of primary school age and a Crèche for younger children. Please go to the Lower Vestry after the first hymn. On the second Sunday of the month, children and families are particularly encouraged to attend the whole service. Babies and toddlers are welcome to use the carpeted area in Church, where there are toys available. Today s music setting of the Eucharist is by Millington. Music copies of this and the text of the readings are available on request from the sidespeople. Monday 30 Sep Tuesday 1 Oct FOR YOUR DAILY PRAYERS We give thanks for those who are called to serve others when storms, floods, fires and other disasters strike, and we pray for the victims We pray for all involved in the Brexit negotiations, and that a peaceful solution in each section may be arrived at in the fastest possible time. Wednesday 2 Oct We Pray for the many who have been diagnosed with lifethreating conditions and their loved ones. We think of all who have recently been bereaved, Thursday 3 Oct Friday 4 Oct Saturday 5 Oct We pray for all who are stressed at work, give them the strength to carry on. We pray for the many who are suffering financial pressure and family tensions, and that there will be sufficient trained people who can advise them. We pray for those who have dementia, and for their carers and families and for all the volunteers who provide activities and to stimulate them. We pray for the innocent victims of fighting and violence all over the world, and we pray for religious tolerance everywhere.
